I was in town for a concert. The clerk phoned my room a little while after I checked in to make sure everything was okay. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The lady that was working when we checked in was excellent. Once we got settled in the room she called to make sure everything was okay! I had worked 35 years in customer service before I retired and that quick call she made really impressed us! Great customer service !

This room was switched to a remote thermostat that I rate a zero. It is either off or on, no mode control. If you had the room warmer than currently desired, and dial the number down, it switches into cooling mode. Extremely inefficient and the last thing you want in the winter. I ended up turning it off at bedtime when I wanted it at 68. The proper thermostat, or this one programmed correctly, should be used. Mode should be set to non-auto if available.

Not really the hotel's fault, but they should probably hire some nighttime security: the screaming homeless people yelling obscenities outside our room throughout the night made for a seriously unpleasant experience. I was very glad not to be there on my own.

Quite and clean. Didn't like that everytime we left and came back we had to get another key to get into the room. Also the door was hard to get open.

Good option for a cheap night stay but nothing more. The room was not clean, the sheets smelled, and even though rooms are non-smoking there was a hint of cigarette smoke in the air.

Very basic clean, renovated room. Very small toilet and shower. Both days only had two sets of towels for three guests. Also electric outlet for hair dryer not working. Both issues solved after complai8ning. First night at midnight an unruly and loud gang making much noise outside our room. Us and other guests had to complain to desk to remove these persons. Otherwise, I guess we got what we paid for!
