Welcome to The Nostalgia House!!The Nosalgia House is the main floor above our existing property "Back To The 70's". We've been 5 star hosts for the past 3 years. We love all things vintage....furnishings , board games, toys, dishes and more. Relive memories of the past in our uniquely styled house. Our kitchen features vintage Westinghouse appliances (1937 refrigerator, 1950 range) that were built in Mansfield. Throughout the house you will find vintage items from our 1880's organ (repurposed into a coffee bar) to our 1970's oil rain lamp. The Retro TV bedroom features a twin trundle bed and our collection of vintage boards games, toys, as well as our Fisher Price Little People collection ( all of which are meant to be enjoyed by all ages). The Green Room queen master bedroom features a vintage sewing desk converted to a vanity. The Liberty Room is home to a headboard that was once a 5 panel door. Our bathroom vanity was a sewing machine cabinet in its former life. The entire house is step free via the deck entrance and back patio door. We are kiddo friendly. Along with plenty of toys, we also have a pack and play, potty seat, potty stool and booster seat. We are in a quiet rural setting, yet close to shopping, dining, Snow Trails ski resort, Shawshank prison and more. It's beautiful any time of the year.The spaceThe master bedroom is located on the second floor which includes a comfortable California King size bed, beautiful electric fireplace, and smart television.The main floor consist of the second bedroom with a queen size bed, smart television, and closet. It is close to the main bathroom that features a gorgeous walk in tile shower and oversize LED mirror. The kitchen comes stocked with appliances and the utensils you would expect to find at home. Washer and dryer for you to use as needed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed.Relax in the living room next to the lighted fireplace or choose from one of the three decks outdoors overlooking the surroundings of the property. Move your dinner to the outside dining area or grill your favorite bbq before taking a soak in the new hot tub, it will be hot and ready for your enjoyment.Time moves slower here so sip your coffee next to the creek in the built-in chairs on the hillside. Pull up a seat next to the outside fire pit where you will find an endless pile of firewood provided for you as needed. For the nature/bird watcher enthusiast there are bird boxes throughout the trails and property. Take the time to enjoy the many sounds of nature such as the creek that runs through the entire length of the property. Take a peak at the tenants of the frog pond, whom migrated from the creek.
