"Breakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!! For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant. Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you?? I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!! Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?! What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay! Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training."

A modern-day bazaar that is alive with day-to-night programming, our hotel is the place to see and be-seen. Farrago Bar and Lounge, is your intimate, moody indoor-outdoor vibe which buzzes nightly with DJ sets, providing a platform for local artists and fostering connections among creatives. With never-ending energy and great vibes, the hotel situated in the heart of Dubai Marina is home to an iconic glass architecture that towers over the city below, offering unobstructed views from each of the elegantly designed guest rooms and suites over the Arabian Gulf, out towards the world’s highest observation wheel, Ain Dubai and beyond.

"I stayed at W Dubai hotel in Mina Al Siyahi, and while the property and rooms are nice, the staff's behavior, particularly the manager Fabio, made my experience unpleasant. I had an important flight at 6 PM and requested a late check-out until at least 3 PM to prepare comfortably. Before the manager arrived, Jasper, a staff member, mentioned that a 2 PM check-out could be possible. However, when the manager, Fabio, got involved, he denied my request and only allowed a check-out until 1 PM. He claimed the suites were fully booked, yet I checked online and found suites in the same category available for the next day. Fabio's attitude was unprofessional—he was sarcastic and dismissive, with a tone that made it seem like he was mocking my concerns. It was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction were not priorities for him or the staff. While the hotel itself is well-maintained, the poor treatment from the staff, especially Fabio, overshadowed my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel as they clearly lack basic respect and appreciation for their guests."

"📍 Located next to the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, the four major hotels are connected by water and land. The overall building is a castle-style building. There are beautiful cars and beauties everywhere. Most of them are white people, and there are very few Chinese. You can take a free boat tour around the four major hotels, sunbathe on Jumeirah Beach (water and popsicles 🆓, you can scan the code to order next to each lounge chair), visit the Jumeirah Castle Market 🏰, and children can play in the kids club (various activities will be organized, and the custody 🆓 will be until 6 p.m.). The children's outdoor swimming pool is 50cm deep and has several security guards. 🛏️ Renovated in 2019, Middle Eastern style (heavy furniture, a bit flashy), the room is cleaned twice a day, and beach shoes and beach bags are provided in the room. Note that the wedding anniversary is upgraded to a suite, and a New Year gift box 🎁 (red envelope + luggage tag), children's gift package (sun hat, arm swimming ring, sketchbook and crayons), chocolate cake and fruit plate are provided. 🍳There are two breakfast restaurants, one in the main restaurant and one by the swimming pool."

"After staying last year, I recommended booking a 2nd-floor beachfront villa in the first row. The view was expansive, and it was convenient to get to the beach. This year, I went again, and by chance (due to a full house, the hotel upgraded us to a suite, but we could only check in at night, and for our subsequent plans, we couldn't enjoy late check-out from the suite), I unexpectedly discovered that villas in the back rows also offer good value for money; you don't always need the top-tier option. However, for the back-row rooms, I still recommend the 2nd floor for the expansive view. On the 1st floor, with buggies passing by, privacy is always a bit compromised. Also, you can check a map or notes to see which villa/room you're getting. Rooms facing the inner canal are quite good, while those facing the lawn have a slightly less appealing view. A 60-square-meter room is very spacious for two people. I believe all 2nd-floor rooms come with a balcony. The bathroom is quite large, almost half the size of the room. The price for the most basic room without breakfast is only one-third of the sea-view suite. Plus, Wild Wadi Waterpark tickets are included (if you go early, you can get free large towels, but they run out later. No need to rent a locker if you don't have valuables). Breakfast is 250 RMB per person, half price for children. You can book with breakfast or add it on-site if you decide to go. Dining at the hotel is quite expensive. A bowl of plain rice is 80 RMB, and spring rolls at 150 RMB are just ridiculous. The hotel claims to have 20 restaurants, but honestly, there isn't much to eat. A taxi ride to the nearby Mall of the Emirates costs 100 RMB round trip, and there's a food court downstairs with burgers, pizza, and Chinese food. But this doesn't compensate for the expensive/limited hotel dining options. The breakfast in the main building is good; the egg chef is very skilled, making sunny-side-up eggs tender but not undercooked. Fruits and bread are plentiful, though Chinese-style options are limited to some steamed dim sum. The cleanliness and housekeeping of the room are impeccable. During this stay, the butler service improved; there were no more unanswered calls, and they were generally very enthusiastic. The buggies and abra boats usually arrived quickly. The only frustrating part was the local staff's math during checkout. We had one night upgraded to a suite, then for the next three nights, all upgrades and breakfast were canceled, and we paid separately for breakfast for 4 days (2 people for 2 days, 3 people for 2 days). The entire checkout process, the butler (the only one I had to complain about this time, a Caucasian person who seemed unenthusiastic), upon seeing I had an issue with the bill, actually said she couldn't handle it and told me to go to the front desk to check out. The front desk recalculated several times and finally found that one day's meal charges were incorrect, and one transaction was misallocated... it took 4 recalculations in total. Of course, the front desk ladies were very patient, and the gentleman at the front desk during check-in was also very patient. We arrived quite late, and he still explained the upgrade costs. After the first night's upgrade, he even arranged a late check-out for the room change the next day. Although he mistakenly upgraded us to a 1st-floor sea-facing suite instead of the room type I wanted, his attitude was very good, which prevented me from getting angry."

"The room balcony is super large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the swimming pool has a great view. Later, I met a Chinese housekeeper March who provided very good service and gave me a leather perfume bottle and many small things, all of which were very textured. The hotel arranged birthday cakes and desserts, and each tasted very good. However, there were really many people in the hotel, almost all of them were locals, and I didn't see a single Chinese person, haha. Every restaurant in the hotel was full at night, and the atmosphere was very good. You might not get a seat without a reservation. I especially like the VIP swimming pool. The breakfast was extremely rich, with lobsters and oysters to eat as you like. Thanks again to the Chinese housekeeper March, who also called a business car for us when we left."
