Spend your days exploring the lush property water attractions including a lazy river kids fun water play area waterslides and cliff jumping points then wine and dine at seven different enticing dining venues.

"Wonderful Stay with Great Facilities and Service – Some Areas for Improvement We had a very good experience during our stay at the hotel. The highlights of our visit were definitely the water park, lazy river, pools, and various family-friendly activities—they were all well-maintained and enjoyable for all ages. We especially loved the dinner buffet at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. The spread was extensive with a great variety of delicious dishes. The buffet breakfast was equally satisfying with a wide selection of tasty options to choose from. The spa facilities and services were also excellent and added a nice touch of relaxation to our trip. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Despite having a confirmed room booking, our check-in was delayed and the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did try to make up for it by offering a late check-out by two hours, which we appreciated. Another aspect that could be enhanced is the ambience and interior design of the hotel rooms and restaurants. While clean and functional, the decor could use a refresh to better match the overall experience. One small suggestion: we couldn’t find a nice spot in the lobby or common areas to take a family picture with a good background or hotel name. Adding a dedicated photo wall or scenic corner would be a great idea for families and guests wanting to capture memories. Overall, a great stay with lots to enjoy, and we would consider returning again with hopes that a few improvements are made."

"I stayed at W Dubai hotel in Mina Al Siyahi, and while the property and rooms are nice, the staff's behavior, particularly the manager Fabio, made my experience unpleasant. I had an important flight at 6 PM and requested a late check-out until at least 3 PM to prepare comfortably. Before the manager arrived, Jasper, a staff member, mentioned that a 2 PM check-out could be possible. However, when the manager, Fabio, got involved, he denied my request and only allowed a check-out until 1 PM. He claimed the suites were fully booked, yet I checked online and found suites in the same category available for the next day. Fabio's attitude was unprofessional—he was sarcastic and dismissive, with a tone that made it seem like he was mocking my concerns. It was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction were not priorities for him or the staff. While the hotel itself is well-maintained, the poor treatment from the staff, especially Fabio, overshadowed my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel as they clearly lack basic respect and appreciation for their guests."

"The all-inclusive hotel system has a lot of choice, I think if anyone is used to vacationing on such a system, they will definitely like it, it will live up to their expectations. cocktails, drinks, coffee, ice cream, everything is always available. The sea is good, small shells at the entrance. The food is also good; it’s fashionable to sign up for an Asian restaurant; the menu is also decent. For a 4 star hotel I highly recommend it. The service is fast."

"This is the second time I stayed at the hotel since it opened. The hotel wanted us to leave the room immediately while we were still ordering food in the room. It was so rude. The hotel management didn't care about it at all and asked us to check out at 2 pm. We had told the hotel in advance to check out at 2 pm, but someone still knocked on the door and urged us to leave (three times). The hotel staff was at the door of the customer's room. This unprofessional behavior was too bad. The service was totally inconsistent with the price of 13,000 RMB per night. Chinese people should be cautious when staying here."
