"The room was unique and very cute. The hotel provided us with a free ride to and from Disneyland which was very handy. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable. The breakfast was hearty and home-like, which we liked a lot. The problem we had was it was somewhat difficult to get to the hotel itself, as it was pretty far away from any metro or bus station. You have to get a taxi, if you need to get somewhere. There was a street 700 meters away from the hotel which had some restaurants and a local supermarket (which had a pretty good selection, if you want to get local goods). So no convenience store or fast food chains in near 2 kms."

"🌟 Our stay at Chuxin Moshe Hotel was amazing! I highly recommend this Hotel, especially if you plan to go to Disneyland. I will describe our whole experience here: None of the hotel staff spoke English, but they use translations apps and they are very helpful. Any questions we had they answered. 🛏 Room: Bed was big and comfy. I am very tall but that wasn't an issue. We also had in our room a Dyson like hair dryer (very good and powerful), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, flip-flops and bottles of water (restocked daily). ”TV” was a cinema like projector to the wall. I could not make it work because I could not find the settings to switch to English language haha 😅 We also had AC and humidifier - much needed in this weather. The walls are thin, and not very good soundproff. The room was clean! 🍜🥮 Food: Breakfast was delicious! There were many options, mostly asian food. Rice, noodles, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, baked pumpkin, moon cake and many more. See attached pictures. ⭐️ Amenities: - 🚌 You need to go to Disneyland ? Just ask the front desk. They provide rides to and from Disneyland for FREE! All you have to do is to drop a message on the WeChat group with the timeslot + number of people and driver Lee will pick you up. - 💆♂️💺 Tired after Disneyland? You can use massage chairs for FREE at the lobby. - 👕🧺 You end up changing 2-3 shirts a day because you did not realize how hot and humid Shanghai is? The hotel provides FREE laundry and drying machines! - ☕️🫖 FREE coffee, tea and ”sour plums soup” (very good, I recommend it) can be found at the hotel lobby too. 📌 Location: The Hotel is located in an not so tourist area. None of the people there speak english, and you will be the only foreigner when walking down the street. We went for jogging in the neighborhood everyday. We felt safe. You can find local restaurants and local markets/shops selling all sort of crazy stuff. It was very interesting to see the local life, not only the tourist side of the city. 🛬🛫Airport: the Hotel offers FREE rides to and from the airport! It goes every 2 hours. You just have to inform the front desk one day in advance. Initially we decided to go by ourself and we took a random taxi from the airport (❌️ this was a mistake, I don't recommend you to do it, unless you speak mandarin). The taxi driver took 3 longer turns and when we arrived he tried to scam us to pay 465 yuan for a 60 yuan ride (I checked the prices before on Amap app). I started arguing with the driver who did not speak english in the hotel parking area. Hotel staff was prompt and immediately came to my help trying to understand the situation. When they realized what was happening, in about 2-3 min around 5-6 hotel staff members were there defending us and arguing with the scamer taxi driver. They picked up our luggage from the back of the car and helped us settle the dispute using translation apps. 🙏Big thanks to them! We felt very welcomed and safe! Other services that were provided by the hotel but we did NOT use: - 👗👢costume rentals (princesses, cowboys, etc), mostly for kids. I guess it is more convenient to rent a costume rather than to buy one for a kid that will outgrow the costume by the next year... -💄 proffesional make-up - 🗣 tour guides - only for mandarin speaking I think ❤️🙏 In the end we want to say a big thank-you to Xiao Ran and all the employees there who helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel is great and the employees attitude and willingness to help is amazing 👏. 💡Other tips: - 🇨🇳 in China: you need Alipay and WeChat apps in order to pay / communicate and Amap to check map and local transportation. - 🏰 in Shanghai Disney Resort: get the Magic Disney Passport (around 80 yuan) and try to complete it in the first day. It is a nice ”tour” like experience of the whole park. - ☀️ weather in October - it's hot, very, very hot 🔥 🥵"

"The room is really nice and very clean. It is very close to the Safari Park and Disneyland. The hotel is really considerate. Not only did they upgrade the room type for free, but they also provided free airport pick-up and drop-off service. The free pick-up and drop-off service for the Zoo and Disneyland is great. It is only half an hour away from the Shanghai Exhibition and 20 minutes away from the airport. The transportation is fast and the service of the lady at the front desk is super good."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything is new and the guy who works at the place was very nice and friendly. The rooms are brand new, the swimming pool is wide and deep enough. And it is close to the bicester village, just 15 mins drive. It's a perfect place for a staycation from noisy Shanghai. Even the air smells different there. My husband and I will definitely come back there again!"

Every interaction with the hosts was a delight — they were never intrusive, but always available if I needed help. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt hospitality. They truly made me feel at home. I’m already counting down the days until I can return. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible hosts, pet-friendly freedom, and all the comforts you could ask for, this homestay is an absolute dream. I can't wait to come back and soak in the peace, the kindness, and the beauty all over again. Highly, highly recommended! The breakfast was also very nice- they made us this delicious toasted sandwich."

"The service and ambiance were both exceptional! We would definitely rebook this hotel if we get the chance to visit again, especially since the kids didn't want to leave! Honestly, every hotel we've stayed at since just hasn't measured up – there's simply no comparison! We booked a room that was incredibly spacious for 8 people; it could easily accommodate 12. "To be honest, I really like this hotel. First of all, it is pet-friendly It's really friendly (we brought a big dog and a small dog). The cleaning fee is free for the first one and 50 for the second one, which is very cost-effective. We also hope that parents can consciously pick up the poop~ We brought our own poop bags Facilities: There is a private bath outdoors. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit. It is really amazing and photogenic! And the water temperature is very good, always constant, not cold, very comfortable. The hotel also provides disposable bathtub bags, which is highly recommended! (A small suggestion is that I hope the boss will put an extra floor towel because the marble floor is slippery when we come out. It is recommended to put an extra one) Hygiene: To be honest, the hygiene is very good. The small details in the room are in place. We booked Pipa Tingyu with a yard. The room is very comfortable and the hygiene is very good. The shower room is also dry and wet separated. There is a smart toilet Environment: There is a large park outside the hotel. It is fully enclosed. You can let out a rope and run around without affecting the guests. They won't run out. It's very friendly! ! ! I really like this! The dog is very happy! (A small suggestion is that some parents may not have this habit. I also hope that the hotel can put more poop bags to improve the quality of some residents and make everyone more pet-friendly. Let's work together to build a more comfortable environment!) Service: The hotel's breakfast is really good! Auntie would ask you when you are ready to eat and prepare food in advance so that I can have a hot breakfast. It is really thoughtful! And always service with a smile! The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and busy. I almost felt embarrassed! The hotel also offers a barbecue grill! I brought BBQ ingredients! They also enthusiastically prepared tableware and oil for me, which cost 90 per set! What's more, the electric grill prepared for us is in the yard of the room. It doesn't produce too much smoke and is more user-friendly. For barbecue novices like us, it's easy to use and won't burn the food! ! I love it! It’s really fun to have the dog around! "I booked this hotel for the kids’ pool, but it had been closed since September 1st, which was disappointing. Service and food were good, but communication was hard since only one staff member spoke English. The shuttle bus driver was unfriendly, and the bus smelled of smoke."

"The ambiance was absolutely wonderful! Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even upgraded us to a larger room for free when there was availability. A bonus was the adorable cats you could pet 🤤 – they were so well-behaved and didn't bite! The swimming pool water was sparkling clean, and the massive projector screen allowed us to enjoy movies to our heart's content. It's also conveniently located close to Disneyland, making it easy to get there whether by shuttle bus or taxi. We'll definitely be back next time! 😋👍🏻"
