"Review of Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun Our group of 14 had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun! The resort exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we made some wonderful memories during our four-day stay. The food was a major highlight—we dined at nearly all the restaurants, and every meal was delicious. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant, followed closely by the steakhouse and the Mexican restaurant. However, securing reservations was a bit of a challenge, which was frustrating at times. One of our biggest concerns before arriving was food safety, especially after seeing numerous reviews about illnesses at many Mexican resorts. Thankfully, not a single one of us got sick, which was a huge relief. That said, we did notice some staff using the same tongs for raw and cooked meat on the grill, which was concerning. We also enjoyed nightly entertainment watching some highly skilled acrobatics! Overall, the resort provided an amazing experience for our large family, and we would absolutely return. With a few improvements in the reservation system and food handling practices, this place would be perfect!"

"It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility."

"If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7.5. Food: average. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak. Definitely don't order the Picanha. You're right to order beef tenderloin. Let’s just say this for other restaurants, it’s OK to be full and don’t expect too much. Mexicans love to use cream🧈. If you are afraid of getting fat, be careful hahaha. Stay: Very satisfied. Nothing to fault. The 24-hour room service is very convenient. The room is very clean. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious. The wine was also given generously. I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol. Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. Just a few short steps. There are a lot of seaweeds. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸. There are some marine activities included but I didn't see anyone using them. It's OK to come here once, but if I had to come back a second time, I wouldn't do it because there are no highlights. "Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."

"The all-inclusive package made traveling with kids very convenient. However, the buffet selection was a bit limited, especially lacking in seafood options. Getting reservations at the other restaurants was also quite difficult. The teppanyaki experience had more showmanship than culinary quality. On the bright side, the hotel is very close to the airport, and the beach is right at its doorstep. Overall, it's a great place for a holiday."

"We stayed in the garden villa which also has a bit of ocean view for four days. The location is great, beach and pools are great too, buffet is a meh, so remember to book one of the restaurants as soon as you can as the quality of the food is much better. Overall a great place with an attractive price."

"The restaurant and sea view are perfect, the service is also in place. I changed rooms once during my stay, and they helped me with my luggage. They also helped me with my luggage when I checked out. It was very considerate."

"Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩"
