"The hotel is conveniently located right above Terminal 21, so you can easily access the mall downstairs without even stepping outside, making dining incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts a modern design, and the minibar offers complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast is exceptionally thoughtful, featuring Thai milk tea, freshly made noodles, and delicious, freshly baked bread. The family-friendly facilities are also fantastic; you can have a great time without leaving the hotel, and they even arrange activities for kids. During our stay, they had a bubble party."

"Seriously, this place is amazing, no complaints at all. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and another one about a 5-minute walk away. If you head out at 9 o'clock and turn left (without crossing the road), there's an incredibly delicious and cheap restaurant down the street. The only downside is no air conditioning. Their Tom Yum soup with a side of rice noodles is to die for! (That's the restaurant shown in the last two pictures of the review.) As for the hotel itself, there are tons of facilities for kids, and the waterslide is really exciting. The rooftop pool is adults-only, but the wave pool downstairs seems perfect for younger kids. Pool floats are everywhere. The minibar is refilled daily for free. Breakfast is also delicious, especially the à la carte options. The game room was always occupied, so we didn't get to play much. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, and the view was fantastic. The best part? It wasn't humid at all!!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. There was a full-length mirror, and the lighting was perfect for makeup. The bottled water provided wasn't very good, but the iced water in the lobby was refreshing. The hotel pool was too cold to swim in this time of year."

"I did a lot of research on Amari before coming, with some reviews being positive and others calling it a 'hit or miss'. After staying for three nights, I have to say objectively that while the hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated, my three-day stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was excellent. The hotel's location is right by the Gulf of Thailand; you just walk a few steps across the road to the beach. Plus, there are several restaurants and a 7-Eleven right outside, making dining and essentials incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was definitely better than what some online posts suggested. The variety was quite comprehensive. While some dishes weren't amazing, it was certainly easy to find things you liked and eat your fill. The fresh fruit, in particular, was great, and there was a wide selection of juices. The pool facilities are absolutely a highlight and were the main reason I chose Amari. My kids really enjoyed it, especially the waterslides – they couldn't get enough of them. The family room had a king-sized bed, probably two meters wide, plus a bunk bed, which comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. My only complaints are that the air conditioning is quite old and very noisy. Also, the family room's orientation isn't great, so there's no sea view. However, these were minor issues that we could overlook. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my family was happy. We would definitely consider coming back."

"I've stayed at LK Crystal Place before, but was shocked because all the rooms were fully booked on various websites. I thought I'd have to book elsewhere. However, I checked on trip.com and saw that LK Crystal Ville still had rooms available, so I booked right away. For those who don't know, LK Crystal Place and LK Crystal Ville are in the same group and the buildings are close to each other. You can walk to each other by checking in at LK Crystal Ville (should be Building 3). This time, the price was quite higher than booking at LK Crystal Place (should be Building 2). I checked in around 10 PM. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and seemed to remember me. They asked how many nights I was staying and provided complete information. There was a 500 baht security deposit (refundable after check-out). This time, I got room 4610 (Building 4, 6th floor), and breakfast was served at this building. I must say that there must have been a lot of Chinese tourists this time because during breakfast (breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM), there were at least 15 tour buses leaving the hotel. The room was quite nicer than the one at Crystal Place. The bathroom had a bathtub and the TV signal was clearer. The TV stand, refrigerator, and wardrobe look newer. There is a shower, hot water, and a bathtub (the advantage is that the wet and dry areas are separated). There is a hair dryer and other amenities in the room that are quite new. There is a kettle, coffee, and tea. The room seems a bit smaller than Crystal Place, and there is no sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet, which is quite tasty. I like the rice porridge, salted eggs, and sesame oil pickled cabbage. There is a sign in front of the elevator warning Chinese tourists not to make loud noises outside the room (but you can still hear people talking, like they are arguing outside the room). Late at night, someone knocked on the door and tried to open it (it might be a Chinese person who entered the wrong room or came to see their friend in the wrong room). Things get chaotic when the Chinese tourists get off and have breakfast, but when the Chinese tourists leave, it is peaceful and comfortable. The swimming pool is large. Overall, this accommodation is okay, but if I have the chance, I would go back to the original building because it is cheaper, even though the TV signal is not very clear and the bathroom has no partition, so when taking a shower, water splashes out to the dry area."

"I really like this place. It's right in front of the Hilton hotel and a large shopping mall. To the left, there's a local specialty and souvenir market. To the back-left, there's a bar street, which can be a bit noisy. However, the transportation here is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer different complimentary drinks every day. The upstairs pool is also fantastic, with an infinity pool and a water park. The hotel rooms have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and laundry detergent. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to 7-11, about 5-6 minutes. That's really the only flaw. I still really love this hotel and will definitely book it again next time."

"The room had been renovated, but there was no strange odor at all, and the sea view was beautiful. Breakfast was also very extensive, and the dining area was spacious, so there was no need to wait for a table. The water entertainment facilities were basically unbeatable, with a wide variety of options that the kids absolutely loved. Besides that, there were plenty of family activities, making it perfect for a vacation with children. It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a medical room, so when my child got a minor injury, it was handled promptly. The front desk manager was also very attentive; even after we checked out, he gave us his business card and said we could contact him with any issues, which we greatly appreciated! The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning was a bit sloppy – they mostly just made the bed and tidied the bathroom, but the floors and tabletops were hardly cleaned."
