Horrible
I’m generally never give bad reviews and could have overlooked that this place was not clean, rotten food in the fridge, broken curtains on the floor, terrible communication with the owner while trying to find our way to the door (FYI, second floor), Then I had to ask for the key code. What put me over the edge giving such a negative review is the fact I had to climb out of a window because we were trapped in the house as the front door would not open from the inside. We only need to stay here for six hours prior to going to Heathrow and heading home, I wish we would’ve slept in the car

Very disapointed
The property was not properly cleaned and there was heavy smell of sigaret throughout our whole stay. We bought candles to try and minimize the smell. Even after asking several times for the wifi credentials, we never got it. Half way through the heat did not work. The manager however, sent someone right away to fix it. On our last night, 2 men came knocking on the door telling us that we need to check out because they were suppose to check in. We called the manager and he handled it well, so we could finish our stay. The manager was suppose to come by when we told him that the property was not clean, but we never saw him.
