The location was great, as we were going for a family trip inside the Warner brothers Harry Potter studio and it was only a few minutes away from the bus there, but there was no air conditioner and the cooling system had problems, and as we were going there in the middle of summer, the temperature was very high in there and we had trouble sleeping, with the double bed being good but the sofa bed being too soft. The staff there was very helpful and gave us fans for the heat. The room was spacious ad had room for the luggages and mostly clean but there was quite a lot of dust on the surface of the bathroom used for placing towels and there was no vault to store your belongings. The breakfast was included in the price and was nice and simple.

Love the room. The bed so comfy. We would love to extend the night here. But it already fully book. But its okay. The service here all amazing. Thanks to all staff that attending us families :) Free parking Easy to walk through free shuttle for Warner Bros Studio Harry Potter.

The hotel is close to the train station, although not as close as the other Holiday Inn. The breakfast was great with different choices of food and drinks. The AC did not seem to work but luckily it was not so hot on the day of my stay.

The facility and the staff did excellently well. The breakfast menu is good but there are some menus that were absent like boiled eggs

Room was fine location was a bit well next to mainline Station and outside areas where poorly lit, breakfast was unedable hash browns where Rubbery and bacon was rock solid
