Leonardo Hotel London Watford

We had a truly wonderful stay & would like to sincere thanks to the hotel manager - his name is Charlie & the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. The manager’s professionalism, kindness & attention to detail were exceptional. It was clear that they genuinely care about every guest’s experience, that level of dedication was reflected throughout the hotel. The staff were welcoming, attentive & always ready to help with a smile but just a single receptionist made me unhappy anyway we really enjoyed & extended our stay for few more days. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Many thanks for creating such a memorable stay. I truly appreciate all the hard work & hospitality, I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended! Oh the location just 15 min drive to Harry Potters, an hour drive to Windsor Castle many restaurants with delicious food walking distance nearby…

Good staff nice and clean good service

First time we have stayed there and I was very impressed really good facilities and a great location for Watford town centre and the railway station. Will be top of my list when we stay over in Watford again.

The front desk staff are fabulous! Everything was lovely but one thing. Bottled water should be in every room and not about room type

We always stay here for last 6 years,as we have friends and family nearby met lovely ladies working behind bar from south Oxhey we lived there for 50 years lovely talking to her very hard working as coach party can to bar very fast at her job ,very nice cleaning staff near every thing centre of town lovely room .over looking main road no noise would recommend to anyone  to stay when in Watford

We stayed at Leonardo hotel for the weekend. Great value for money. The room was spacious and clean and had a good view from our bedroom. Breakfast was really nice and even had a evening meal which staff were accommodating for. Location is ideal for those wanting to go to the Harry Potter Studios, it was only a 10 min walk (if even) to Watford Junction and just a stone throw away from the centre of town. Definitely recommend and we will be back in the near future.

Warm welcome and a thoughtful birthday gift received from the Receptionist on behalf of the hotel. Room was clean, amenities well stocked and all my requests were accommodated (location, bed type). Breakfast was a bargain for a full English buffet for £10.50. Staff were most welcoming, made a lovely change to the more common self service check ins. Would thoroughly recommend.

We went to Watford to go to see the Weekend in Wembley. We all had a great time. The hotel made our trip better as everyone was friendly, helpful and the hotel room was very comfortable.
