Vythiri Resort

Had a fantastic stay at Vythiri Resort. Everything was top notch- food, hospitality, nature walk with Avinash sir, and live performances during dinner. The resort is housed inside a rainforest (!) and has a natural waterfall too! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nature retreat.

Just visited this beautiful resort located in Wayanad two days back and had the best time. Well a day wasn’t enough for us to explore the whole of their property but honestly a gem! Their food is top notch I must say. Staff members are really kind and humble and their service is delightful. I would truly recommend this place if ur looking for a real stress buster in ur busy schedules.

Very Bad Experience while booking this resort. Price are changed here in a minute while talking for it. Never seen such type of booking a 4-5 star or I should say 2 star hotel. Very unprofessional staff like Prabheeta or Ashley, and the unprofessional manager also Mathew. Never try to book it, better to go with Taj Property with less price and better and professional services. I have linked chat photos with my review so that people can know how hotel scam with us or play with us. Same room and same dates but Price changed.

Highlights 1) You'll love living in nature, completely different and surreal experience. 2) The staff !! They are genuinely focused on customer service, making you feel comfortable. Right from your entry to exit you'll see genuine smiling faces. Special mention to restaurant staff, my 4 old girl was super excited about her special kids plate and monkeys around. They were so patient with her, communicating and smiling around. 3) musical nights over weekend is simply wow. Specially the violin performance is super amazing and selection catered all languages. 4) Staff again - everyone deserves good raise for their genuine efforts. So far best customer service I have come across in my vacation stays. Special mention to restaurant managers. Areas of improvement 1) There is a huge scope to add activities. Families with kids will find it difficult to keep kids engaged after a day. They can add towel making activity or mehendi or something very simple to keep crowd engaged. 2) games room needs proper maintenance. It needs atleast a carpet or mat under slide. 3) bathroom windows should have mesh, you'll see lot of files coming in from there. 4) jacuzzi should be maintained well, ours wasn't fully operational and underutilized. Again, it's not a regular resort and it needs great efforts to maintain and secure the nature. All these improvements will help them raise the bar but definitely this is an amazing experience and one should never miss.

I stayed at Vythiri Resorts with my family, and it was a truly memorable experience. Nestled inside the forest, the resort offers a natural and peaceful ambiance. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff—from the front desk to the pool caretaker and restaurant team, everyone was warm and welcoming. Our experience at Cloud9 Spa was commendable, and the food at the resort’s restaurant, especially breakfast and dinner, was simply delicious. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful vacation where you can spend the entire day within the property, just soaking in the serene atmosphere. One observation about the common swimming pool: though well-maintained and natural-looking, the water has a greenish tint (probably due to the green colour of it's tiles, unlike the usual blue pools seen in other resorts. Additionally, occasional visits by monkeys made the kids hesitant to use it.

We had very great experience in this well developed resort in the rain forest. Staff was very eager and ready to help us beyond their duties. Food was mouth watering and full of different varieties. It was very peaceful place with lots of things to do. Walk into the forest was amazing. Had a great experience in Pool Villa . Truly a great and memorable experience for all of us.
