We had a lovely stay at the property, and the staff was truly wonderful—always polite and attentive. Since it was the start of the school season, we were the only guests for two days, but that never affected the service. Every request was met with care, making our experience even better. The villa looked exactly as advertised, so there were no surprises there. Everything was comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the spa—it was a great way to unwind. The only downside was the jacuzzi. Because of the heavy rains before our visit, the water was muddy. When we asked about it, we learned that they don’t filter the well water to keep it natural for health benefits. They did clean it once for us and even offered to do it again, but we decided it wasn’t necessary. Another thing we missed was having a dry kitchen facility in the villa. There was no microwave or mini fridge—just a kettle. It would have been more convenient to have those amenities, especially for longer stays. As a South Indian vegetarian family, we were happy to find decent food options that suited our dietary preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service, a relaxing vibe, and thoughtful hospitality.
