Adorable tiny house with a spectacular view of Otter Creek on Lake Cumberland. It is located in Monticello, Ky in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. Plus, your likely to see lots of wildlife. I have kayaks available to use for $25/per day/per kayak! Pets welcome for $50 per stay!! I supply everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Including: gas for gas grill (always a full tank), firewood for firepit, ice maker, regular coffee pot including coffee & creamer, bathroom essentials, fan, electric fireplace, etc.. The cottage is located on a dead end road, so hardly any traffic and very peaceful! Early check in is available for a small fee if house is ready!About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.Must keep pets in yard or on leash while outside..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 20.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful view
The view was gorgeous and the accommodations had everything we needed. Lots of wildlife (Kittens and frogs and bird all around) joined us while we sipped on wine.

Wonderful tiny home with Lake view
I went to Monticello and Harmon Hollow KY to visit family and found this delightful little cottage with so many perks! It was perfect! It was super clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the multiple outside decks were enjoyed in the evening. I want to go back!

Perfect little cabin on the lake
The place was super clean and had an amazing view, especially in the evenings during the sunsets! Holly the host was super nice and helpful with some places to check out and has a great design touch for the lake life. If you're looking for a little cabin with lots of character, you need to check this place out!
