Excellent cell service, Fast Wi-Fi, Paved/Maintained Roads. Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Lanfyne Ayr offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Located just minutes from downtown Waynesville and a short drive to Asheville, the property offers breathtaking mountain views while being close to golf courses, hiking trails, and local attractions. With ample space for family and friends, Lanfyne Ayr is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. A mix of luxurious rustic design with modern amenities. Lanfyne Ayr offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests. There are extra trundel beds in the lower level. The "Theme Room" on the lower level boasts a propane fireplace. The "Game Room" on the lower level has a ping-pong table. House is fully equipped with a Pack & Play, highchair, baby monitors, etc. Set on a private 2-acre mountain property, it provides a serene and spacious retreat for your stay. Other things to note: In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply: $195 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover) INCLUDED IN TOTAL COST 11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes. • Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine. This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.
