Come enjoy the amazing westerly facing Wasatch Mountain views in this 3 bedroom + Convertible sofa-bed, 2.5 bathroom condo. As the new owners of this condo we have completely refreshed the condo both inside and out. We hope you enjoy our designer updated home; we have bought new bedding, pillow, blankets, rugs, art, televisions, cable, internet, outdoor seating, and added a fire pit. You walk in on the main level to a large living room and kitchen. The living room opens out the private deck with amazing views. Enjoy lots of seating at the table while you take in the sunset over the mountains while listening to running water that flows behind this unit. Don’t be surprised if you see deer or moose and ducks taking a drink. There is a private half bathroom on this level, as well. Downstairs you will enjoy 3 private rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full laundry room. The spacious master suite has a log framed king size bed and a private bath with an oversized deep soaking tub with a new luxurious shower head. Walk out to the patio and enjoy socializing around the gas fire pit. The second bedroom is very large, supporting 2 full beds, dresser, and closet. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundled second twin bed, perfect for 2 kiddos; our kids love sleeping here. The second bathroom is full sized with a tub/shower combo. If you’re here to ski/snowboard but don’t like the idea of driving up to the slopes the bus stop is one block away, taking you to both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Resort, as well as into the city of Ogden. (NOTE: Bus service is seasonal, check with UTA for correct service times and dates). We’re committed to ensuring you have the most relaxing and enjoyable stay.
