Fantastic hotel,lovely location giving the best night view of Manhattan, easy access by 10 minute ferry ride every 20 minutes,rooms were large with 2 televisions,on site Italian restaurant served delicious meals,staff were very friendly and polite,also bus service outside hotel for cheaper access to Manhattan.

This Sheraton: Dirty, noisy, broken doors that needed to be fixed after checking in. Air vents filled with visible piles of dust. Still waiting in the the overdue refund for deposit collected at check in.

Overall is good and clean. however the aircon hang below the window is noisy especially in the night.

Front desk staff were unfriendly especially a male staff at counter saying I am rude when I had never spoken to him. Lady staff asked my ID, I gave that was all. Also the supervisor was rude supporting staff without checking. Further the staff in restaurant during breakfast (Yazmin) was rude, not helping our basic requests like getting jam or water etc
I have stayed in this hotel many times in past but this time service levels have deteriorated a lot. Room service was poor with no proper cleaning, no vaccum cleaning etc. I paid lot of money for this hotel but service way below standard.
