Gemengde gevoelens over Boutique Hotel Weesp 🤔
Ons verblijf dit weekend in Boutique Hotel Weesp was een ervaring met twee gezichten. De locatie en het interieur van de kamer waren werkelijk prachtig 😍. De kamer was met smaak ingericht en bood een aangename ambiance ✨.
Echter, de service en hygiëne lieten ernstig te wensen over 😠. Bij aankomst bleek de digitale sleutel geen toegang tot de kamer te verschaffen 🔑❌. Het gecommuniceerde noodnummer, dat binnen 30 seconden zou antwoorden, nam helaas niet op 📞🚫. Na een voicemailbericht te hebben achtergelaten, bleven we zonder reactie 😞. Gelukkig boden de vriendelijke dames van het naastgelegen restaurant uitkomst met een fysieke sleutel 🥳, wat suggereert dat dit toegangsprobleem mogelijk vaker voorkomt 😬.
Eenmaal in de kamer werden we geconfronteerd met een teleurstellende staat van hygiëne 🤢. Gebruikte koffiekopjes ☕ van de vorige gasten stonden nog in de kast 🗑️, een opgedroogde contactlens 👀 lag op de vloer 👣 en de douche 🚿 vertoonde lange haren 😫. Dit is onacceptabel 😡 en doet afbreuk aan de potentie van deze verder mooie kamer.
Een groot compliment gaat uit naar de medewerksters van het aangrenzende restaurant 👍. Hun behulpzaamheid in de toegangsproblematiek was uitzonderlijk 🙏 en werd zeer gewaardeerd 🥰.Conclusie: Boutique Hotel Weesp heeft absoluut potentie met zijn geweldige locatie en prachtig interieur 👍. Echter, de tekortkomingen in de service (met name de bereikbaarheid en opvolging bij problemen 📞) en de gebrekkige hygiëne 🧹 zijn serieuze aandachtspunten die dringend verbetering behoeven ⚠️. Zonder significante verbeteringen op deze vlakken, is het moeilijk om dit hotel van harte aan te bevelen 😔, ondanks de positieve aspecten

Loved the room layout and the interior design!!! Very clean and tidy! Nice shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Would definitely recommend and go again!! Amazing 😍 cute town also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We felt like at home! Very good location, very comfortable! Room very clean, beds are very comfortable! Wonderful canal view! We can recommend this accommodation to everyone for sure! Host was very helpful! We are looking forward to come again soon!

Beautiful and very clean hotel. We spent 8 nights there and it was a wonderful stay. Location was also perfect. Enjoyed the good quality coffee supplied and the little bar fridge was also an added bonus. Our room was cleaned everyday. I can totally recommend this hotel.

Super nice, small, clean and pretty boutique hotel in the middle of the super pretty town Weesp! Only 5min walk from the trainstation. Everything is close by. The canals are beautiful. You can walk everywhere. Hote was clean and quiet and in the beautiful old building.

We rented out most of the hotel for my wedding. We were difficult guests from all over the world each having special needs and requests. Stephanie was fabulous in supporting us all and made the stress of the wedding less by not having to worry about our guests. Thank you thank you thank you for helping making our wedding fabulous! The hotel is delightful, slightly unusual as there is no reception, but one can contact a person via telephone. It is lovely and bright. A person appears every day to clean the room and look after linen. Everything is in the room (except iron/board) including teas/fresh coffee/hairdryer/bottle opener/various glasses/soaps, shampoo, body cream etc. I would return anytime…loved it.
