The location was fantastic but the staff in the restaurant (not the breakfast staff)especially the manager was arrogant and dismissive because I think we were British. We ended up leaving because of the lack of service which overall spoilt our last night of our holiday."

"When we stayed there 3 weeks ago, everything was okay. The room was good, the bathroom in a very good condition. There was a friendly reception and breakfast. This time we received a room (20) with a flat tape, an old shower hang, defected tiles and red armoires - a room with two separate beds instead of a double bed for me and my wife. We were completely alone in the house, no other people saw, there was no reception and no breakfast. And nothing of this had been informed by the owner in advance, although we had double e-mail contacts because of the payment in advance via the link. Also, we would not be asked what kind of room we like. All in all was already very disappointing and it will probably be the last time we night there. Unfortunately, because our relatives lives nearby."

"The hotel is just completely fine. I was traveling to Penzberg for work, and the hotel was just convenient and practical for my needs. Quick check-in, check-out, quite a few free parking spaces, etc. Note: I didn't spend much time in the hotel, so I don't know how their breakfast is. The only reason they get 1 point less is because in the evening, the entire building smelled like food (and it was not a good smell either), so maybe something to watch out for next time (better airing). 4/5."
