床單上有毛髮，衞生間洗漱枱面上有毛髮，前台和客房的服務都很差勁，根本就沒有服務，內線電話是壞的，北方的寒冬天居然洗澡沒有熱水，中央空調也是壞的，房間裏面連最基本的抽紙都沒有，過節期間房間價格偏高，房間面積也很小，還是個不正規的斜角房間，是我住過的酒店裡麪最最差的酒店，就是給我免費我都不住.太垃圾了！

優點：酒店位置不錯，獨棟酒店，一看就是老牌本土酒店，實木桌椅，房間安靜，高峯期不亂漲價有格局，電梯多反應快不用長時間等待，樓層高視野好採光棒。
不足：電視打不開，空調開關不亮，花灑有點老舊衹有噴頭，門無法反鎖，沒有防盜鏈，門鎖接觸不良偶爾發出滴滴滴聲，前台退按金方式需人工查對紙質按金條，耽誤時間較長。
建議：更新老舊設施，加強維保，加強人員網絡訊息系統培訓，採用電子方式登記、收退按金，更加高效便捷。
整體：基本滿意，推薦！

前台服務好。停車場寬敞，停車免費方便。酒店位置好，靠近商業中心，緊鄰廣場、商業街。當地交警也很通情達理，對初次來此旅遊的外地遊客誤闖限行持寬容態度。適合自駕遊客選擇。

還不錯，房間裏設施都很好，有沙發床和寫字枱，不錯。紗窗上有很多毛毛的臟東西。
樓下廣場舞聲音有點大了，最好是住房號是10以上的，10以下的會面臨廣場舞。
附近吃飯的地方較少，有個梧桐裏，吃飯的也不很多。
