"The staffs are all helpful, I was booked free smoke room and even we arrived so late but Miss Hou jieying were still help us to change the room from 9th floor to 5th floor (which is free smoke level), really appreciated it. The room were clean but they only have standard bed room when I booked the time, actually I want one big bed and one standard bed, other than this all are higher standard compare others. I have to special thanks Deputy Manager Jiang Qiu Yi, she was help me personal at night time, my kid after swimming suddenly feel eye painful, I am worried a lot and asking help, Manager Jiang using her own MeiTuan to order the eye drop for me and sending by robot to our room, the next day morning my kid feel much more better without any red eye, I cannot imagine how do I do without her help, I want to say big thank you to her when I check out but unfortunately she off work that time, but the things she did, it’s really warm me and I feel love all the way. I will book Jianguo hotel again when my next trip. Our family all love it. Thank you."

"I stayed at ease, the transportation location was convenient, Fang was easy to find, satisfied, recommended, great, and the room was very large.The lobby is spacious and bright, and the air conditioning is also very beautiful. "A very smart hotel with good staff and facilities. A little surprised there was no in room dining menu given the calibre of the hotel but you can order from the Chinese restaurant etc. There seemed a range of national and international guests but I would say the breakfast is more Chinese facing. Overall a very comfortable stay in a clean smart hotel that was excellent value for money."

"The stay experience was far more than expected, the hotel environment was clean and elegant, the lobby fragrance was comfortable and healing, the room was spacious and bright, the cleaning was spotless, and there was no smell. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is extraordinarily safe to lie on. It is especially fragrant to sleep well all night. The hot water is sufficient, the network is smooth, and the quality of toiletries is also very good. The front desk service is gentle and intimate, the check-in is fast and efficient, the staff is attentive and patient, and all aspects are taken care of very thoughtfully, and they are full of home away from home. Convenient location, high cost performance, the fatigue of the journey is instantly cured, and I will definitely choose this one next time."

"The room was quite spacious. The room was exceptionally clean. The coffee was even low-calorie, showing attention to detail. The room was larger than the ones I've stayed in before, and the bed was also large. The room felt very spacious, especially with the large floor-to-ceiling windows. I particularly loved the bathtub, which was also very clean; a hot bath was very relaxing. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended! The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite."
