The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. Everything was great except for the reception. The staff weren’t very helpful unless you speak English, which might be a problem for some guests. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a good stay.

Great hotel for the price we payed. The room and the bathroom were clean. However, the soundproof insulation between rooms doesn’t exist, so you can hear almost everything.

Hygiene: Hygiene is very bad, the bathtub is even hairy, the pillows are dusty, the hotel is old and smelly, especially the elevator

Dirty room, cleaning is not done under the bed I found several pieces of rubbish, dusty room, shower head that does not work properly, the receptionist who is of Czech origin very unpleasant, unprofessional and a liar. Very disappointed by this hotel I will never return there again

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. It is not far from the airport. The hotel room is very clean and the staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is a typical German breakfast, but it tastes very good and is worth recommending.

It was so bad, I don't even know where to start.
The air conditioning didn't work, even after changing rooms.
The receptionists were very bitchy and unfriendly, when I asked again for a room with working air conditioning, they said "we're warm too".
The room card also didn't work several times, I had to go down to reception several times, which was really annoying.
The cleaning ladies were only there for decorative purposes, unfortunately they managed next to nothing, the room looked the same after cleaning as it did before, except for the bedspread which was carelessly folded.
The location was good. But all in all, not recommended.
