Very bad experience. Prepaid booking through Ctrip cost more than 2,300 yuan for 2 days, without breakfast. The front desk still gave me the bill when I checked in, and asked whether to use my credit card to debit the account. After communication, there will be no charge. Only when I checked in did I know that there was only one window in the room that could not be opened facing the gym.
Before check-out, the service stuffed the printed bill through the crack of the door again, but I went to the front desk to explain to avoid double payment.
What's even more annoying is that the price of the bill is only more than 1,700 yuan, which is 600 yuan less than the prepaid booking with my Ctrip. Isn't Ctrip too unkind.
The Super 8 next to it is only more than 500 yuan a night including breakfast, which is too different.

The smell in the hotel made it hard to sleep. It gave me such a headach. My first night there was great the next 2 nights had me wanting to switch hotels or sleep in my car. The hotel was COLD. Probably the worst stay I have had in the 4 years I have been coming to fairmont to stay. Definitely going to try a different hotel.

Our TV didn't work and they replaced it with a new one right away. Staff was friendly and accomodating upon checking in and out. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they let us rent out a conference room to play floor hockey!

The room was nice but the cost was a lot more than I would have liked to pay for a place to sleep. We tried to cancel one of the rooms and were told that cancellations were not allowed.
