I was not impressed with Trip.com and Doubletree. I prepaid through trip.com to get 5% off and then the hotel charged me. So I paid twice for not such a nice hotel. Doubletree states that trip.com did not pay them. So I am out 118.00.

The hotel is suitable for long-term business trips. It is very convenient to eat around the windsor town, especially Chinese food. The customer service attitude is very good, and the restaurant can be provided for meetings and dinners.

A very nice upscale hotel with lots of rooms on this property. Newer build and a very modern design throughout. Nice large flat-screen 4k LED with excellent apps for streaming your favorite TV apps, probably a 52” screen which also pulls out from the wall and angles from left to right. Nice size bathroom and a nice big walk-in closet with overhead light with a wall switch. Highly recommend this hotel for couples.
