This hotel is amazing! We loved it, the only thing to note is that it’s quite a journey from Ella (around 45 mins). I would suggest staying at Ella for 1 night or so and experiencing that, then visiting and unwinding here. The staff, food and room were all fantastic.

Pros: Quiet and private environment, beautiful scenery, good quality breakfast and room service, good service.
Cons: Arrived around 3pm, and waited for a full hour to check in, almost collapsed. The room has no air conditioning and simple facilities. Open bathroom, don't take a shower at night, it will be cold.

The minute we arrived we were breath-taken by the beauty of the landscape. The reception staff were friendly and received us with local treats and fresh juices/teas. Faizal at the restaurant was a star. Also, our butler, Lakeesha was super helpful and patiently attending to our requests. Also, they have tailored activities for kids. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Where do I begin! Srilankan hospitality at its finest. Everyone from the pool, to the restaurant, the reception, kitchen staff were all at the top of their game. They were working as a well oiled machine. Everything that we did were carefully planned and executed. The night walk and the bird watching activities were enjoyable. Our butler lakshita was a great host. Our naturalist nishadi was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nana(faisal) from the restaurant was a great server with lots of experience and knowledge about the food and the surrounding area. Dilki the mixologist made some great cocktails too. Definitely try the arrack Prince. The masseuse,dwi is incredible. The food was delicious. specially the breakfast. All the best to this hotel and I'm certain it's a very popular destination for anyone looking for some tranquillity.

It was very nice the staff were amazing saduni and dilki was the best place ever the food was amazing it melted in my mouth the nature walk was so cool you can see snakes birds and definitely peacocks the bedroom was so cozy outdoor shower I recommend this place very much

Eco-friendly hotel that blend with nature, provide good experience on Sri Lankan traditional farming. Food is delicious, staff is highly friendly. Hospitality is fascinating. Villas are eco - friendly, one can get good experience on sustainability. They provide a personal butler, whose service throughout the journey is highly appreciated.

Our best experience in Sri Lanka so far! The setting is magical, the food is delicious, and the staff is exceptional. A special thanks to Saduni and Dilani for making our stay unforgettable. They arranged the perfect activities for my little ones and organised a wonderful spa day for my husband and I. Thank you!

Really fantastic service - many thanks to Dhilani and an amazing team for looking out for us so well. Beautiful backdrop, lots of wildlife to watch from our balcony and stunning accommodation. Food was the best on our trip - all locally sourced and freshly made. Choir from local village came to sing carols over dinner. Perfect for a family with small children like ours, with lots of fun activities - pottery, wildlife, paddy field walk and more. Great memories.
