Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient.
The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

The location is excellent, very central and convenient to everywhere. It should be said to be one of the best hotels in Wellington. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the food is fresh and delicious, especially the flat white, which is very delicious. The bedding is soft, and everything else is good!

The hotel is in a great location with easy access. Queen's Wharf is just across the street. The hotel has a comfortable environment and the rooms are spacious, clean and bright.
