The location is good, walking distance to town, Wellington cable car, shopping street, Te papa museum, waterfront.... The only disadvantage is no carpark provided. Even though chargeable rate NZD29 per stay still unable to secure a bay. End up we have to parked at nearby street parking

The hotel location is very convenient, however, I was a bit surprised to find that I had been given an accessible room. When we realized the first room wasn't working for us, the staff were very helpful and arranged another room for us without hassle. Really appreciated their flexibility and positive attitude. The only small downside was that there was no housekeeping during our stay. Not a huge issue, but something to note if you prefer daily freshening up. Overall, a good experience thanks to the team.

The location was fabulous. Easy to get around. The suite was brilliantly clean and comfortable although the main bathroom had a faulty lock. Service was excellent and we appreciated the staffs helpfulness.

I stayed at Boulcott Suites for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — plenty of eateries nearby (many Asian options), a New World supermarket just around the corner, and Cuba Street all within walking distance. For those driving, private parking is available at NZD 29 per night, though it does need to be booked in advance by calling ahead. The room itself was well-equipped, with nearly everything listed on their website provided. Amenities included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, an infusion tea selection, a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, clothing rack, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There’s also a convenient kitchenette with a stove and full set of utilities if you’d like to prepare meals. Do note that some basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and bottled water aren’t supplied. I just drank the tap water, which seemed perfectly fine. On the downside, I felt the room was a little dusty, which took away slightly from the otherwise good presentation. I had also requested a baby cot during booking and was told it would be included, but it never arrived in the room. It wasn’t a big issue for me personally since the bed was large enough to co-sleep with my baby, but it’s worth mentioning for others who might rely on that service. All in all, Boulcott Suites is a convenient and comfortable choice in the heart of Wellington, with great amenities and an ideal location. With a little more attention to detail on housekeeping and guest requests, it would be close to perfect.

Excellent location and responsive reception staff

Location was great, in the city. Not in a busy street so nice and quiet. I was in a townhouse which had all the necessary amenities. Very clean. Awesome staff. I left something behind and they were kind enough to keep it for me. A great coffee shop and asian restaurant about 100m from the entrance which was really ideal. McDonalds down the road, 24hr dairy shop and pharmacy so location is great for business and family travellers. Also the bus stop for the bus that goes to the airport is about 200m down the road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

We had a wonderful stay at Boulcott Suites in Wellington. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for a family stay — even with a baby! The location is ideal, close to shops, cafes, and everything in the city center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent—right near the town center, which made it very convenient for dining and shopping. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel was quiet and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after, with all the facilities you’d expect for a comfortable stay.

I had to come to terms with my lack of technical knowledge. All I wanted to do was watch TV but it was all about Chromecast. I could sort the Chromecast but from there I had no idea how to access any programme. As I was travelling alone watching TV was a priority so this was disappointing.
