The room was clean and tidy and I was very satisfied with it. A small incident: when we booked a room through the Ctrip app by car, it showed free parking. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could only waive the parking fee by booking directly with the hotel. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. I hope there will be no such mistakes in the future. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service staff for their active communication and timely reply. Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

The hotel is right on Cuba Street, with many choices of food, very lively! The hotel has a strong sense of design, complete facilities, and is very convenient! The location of the hotel is also good, you can walk to the main attractions, parking is 35 New Zealand dollars a day, it's a good hotel!

The location of Naomi Studio Wellington Hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel counter are professional and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The decoration of the hotel is retro and beautiful. It is highly recommended.

Nice hotel located at the terrace, which can access along Lambton Quay for those come with public transport by the lifts. The hotel is clean with free wifi access and lot of amenities like digital safe, hairdryer and etc. Fitness Center and restaurant located at G floor together with the reception.

This was the greatest hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm over 'same same' hotels and marvelled at the grandness of the Wellesley. Of course, you can get 'grand' at lots of places but none have the class, history and location of this place. It was especially enjoyable because I am a Kiwi and value the heritage but I also loved the elegance of the staircase, opulent drapes, the timeless oak panelling, the well-placed wingback chairs, the high ceilings and ornamental plasterwork. On top of this, the hotel is right in the middle of the city, has a (welcome after a cold day) bath and possibly the whitest, fluffiest towels in the history of towels. It was quiet with a marvellously comfortable bed (with chocolates on the pillows no less). The staff were gracious and clearly have high expectations of cleanliness as it was spotless.

Lobby, receptionist and resturant really good. The dinner is extremely well required. But the gym and pool is very small and the worst part is the bed is way too soft it gives me muscle and backache

The Sebel is a new hotel that provides a comfortable room in a location just outside the CBD. The kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and electric hobb means you can stay in and cook or head into the city. A supermarket is only about 10 minutes' walk away.
