Beachfront Property on Private Moody Beach

Please note: our availability is fully up to date on VRBO……We typically offer first right to renew to our existing guests and stay at the house ourselves in mid summer, so July and August are fully booked/unavailable. I share this because we get many inquiries about July/Aug and the house simply isn't available. That said, we still have one week in June, and a few in Sept which are some of the best weeks as the crowds die down, you still get warm beach days, and the leaf peeping in the area is legendary. Moody Beach is a private beach located in Wells, Maine. With only ~ 100 homes along the beach, it stretches from Ogunquit to Moody Point. Undoubtedly one of the finest residences on Moody. Constructed in 2011 - this magnificent property exudes a fantastic combination of charm & casual elegance. An amazing open concept floor plan w/ five bedrooms, five bathrooms, incredible kitchen & a stunning living room/dining/den combination space. Hardwood floors throughout, spectacular gas fireplace, gorgeous built-ins & fabulous tile work. Impressive landscaping accentuates the natural surroundings of this fantastic waterfront location. Exceptional home! Moody is a private beach, so beach access is limited to oceanfront property owners/renters.
