Stayed one night for a theatre trip, a short walk from the train & tube stations, shops restaurants & theatre. Reception staff pleasant, room clean & spacious. Comfortable beds, shower was a little disappointing. We didn’t eat here as there is so much choice within Wembley Park.

Booked a stay with breakfast and dinner. It was on the 8th floor with a lovely view and comfortable room, the aircon well appreciated with the summer heat. . The room had the usual tea and coffee ,and had a fridge which was a plus. Around the hotel there is Wembley Station and lots of shops and restaurants.

We stayed for 6 nights and found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom mirror light, which was excessively bright and uncomfortable for the eyes. The hotel is located a little further from the city centre, but this is offset by the convenience of having a train station nearby, making it easy to travel around the city.

We chose this hotel for a concert at the OVO Arena, and the location was perfect. It is very close to Wembley Park station and an easy walking distance to the arena. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly too. However, the downside was our room location right next to the entrance/corridor door. Every morning around 6:30 AM, we were awakened by the heavy banging of the door, meaning we did not sleep too well during our two-night stay. Management should consider installing a soft-close mechanism on these doors. All guests deserve a good night's sleep, regardless of where their room is located.

Always satisfied, as usual. The room is very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The space isn't small; it's quite spacious compared to other hotels in London at a similar price point. The decor is relatively new, making for a comfortable stay, and the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money.

I had a lovely one-night stay at the Novotel London Wembley. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location is excellent, making it really convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The only downside was that the room service app was offline during my stay, so I wasn’t able to order anything and had to go outside for food. That said, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The room is comfortable.

Very close to OvO Area in Wembley which was great. We had more time to walk around, shop and rest close to train station. For two nights was ok, bedding was nice with no issues. However, fire alarm when off during first night we were on tops floors and had walk down lots of steps. Breakfast buffet was great and the noise outside our bedroom was low. You couldn’t hear much which I say private of rooms noise low. Check in and check out was quick.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us. It was just me and my two daughters. We went for three days to explore London as a mini city break. It is in very close walking distance to Wembley Park tube meaning very easy to get to places and I loved the location being a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Perfect for our trip. The hotel itself was just as described. Bed was comfy. We asked for the highest floor possible and we were given the top floor. I would ask for a room on the front next time as we were at the back and it looked straight onto student accommodation. TV in room, fridge, tea, coffee, kettle etc. Shower was powerful and hot. Generally very clean but there were a few areas that could have been cleaner (round the toilet seat, the bathroom doors). The bathroom doors were glass. The air con in the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and always happy. Great customer service. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stayed here for the concert, it is really near to OVO Arena Wembley and close to the public transport too!

Close to Wembley Stadium so perfect for avoiding the queues for the tube after an event. Basic but clean hotel room. Nice Rituals bathroom products. Quick check in and check out.

Location was perfect for an event at Wembley Stadium, the twin room was a good size and clean. We had a warm welcome when checking in but didn't have any other interactions with staff and didn't have breakfast, so I cant comment on those. I would definitely stay here again.
