The guest relations manager Raja and Cindy are very friendly and helpful. Raja are very attentive as my parents are in wheelchair which he is very helpful to arrange an accessible room for my mum which is very caring and exactly what we need when travel with elderly. He is so kind to upgrade us to sea view room type which my parents can enjoy their time in hotel. Highly appreciated the staff for all their special care. Thank you for the bell desk who always standby to assist us for luggage and assist with our wheelchair. Great hotel and very relax location. Thank you everyone.

When you come to Wenchang, you should choose Wyndham Garden Nanfang. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. You can watch the sunrise and rocket launch on the balcony. There is also a nightfall ceremony on weekends. The price is very cost-effective at this price. The photos taken outside the hotel are also very good. The hotel has butler service. We had a great wonderful stay here! The hotel is spacious, I mean everything is big! The bathroom, the room, the balcony, oh THE POOL! The place is in a great location, easy to get around. There wasn’t much to do though- DO NOT GO to coconut plantation resort, the pictures can be deceiving. The food at the hotel is decent- a mix of Chinese and bit of Western. One advice- if you have asthma or sinuses, this hotel might not be a good choice because it has carpets and gives off a strong smell. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it!

Fairly good location cos it’s centralized but anywhere in city you can always order food. Pls note there is no daily housekeeping. They only do the minimum eg clear ur bins, change towels and clean the toilets. The bed is unmade and the room itself (apart from toilet) is left as is. The aircon is also very difficult to control. The hotel also does not have a weighing machine for ur baggage. Apart from these we had a good stay as the room is big and has no smell.

The front desk clerks are very enthusiastic, thoughtful, patient and warm-hearted. I, an old lady, am touched. The girls are so cute, and even their voices are so nice, gentle and pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. There is also a large supermarket. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink coffee and bask in the sun. It is close to the beach and you can walk there. It is worth staying here. It is very affordable. The overall quality of the hotel is very high. When I checked out, I forgot my hat, and the room cleaning waiter sent the hat to me in the lobby and put it in a bag, which shows that they are well trained, professional and hygienic. I will stay here again in the future

Fortunately, I am not afraid of geckos, otherwise I would not be able to live there. 4 Resting on the balcony, I saw a huge mouse walking by... I was so scared that my face twisted, that's right, it was walking... not running... This is the first time I saw such a leisurely mouse, [Frightened R] me. .. 5 The facilities on the island are very poor, there are not many restaurants, no convenience stores, only incomplete small supermarkets and countless coconut stalls.
