My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly patient when I called ahead, and check-in upon arrival was super quick. The room had amazing natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the street. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the mattress had just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a sensible wet/dry separation, the hot water was consistently stable and at a perfect temperature, and the toiletries had a lovely, subtle botanical fragrance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were especially delicious. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and snack shops nearby. Even at check-out, they proactively asked about my experience and even offered a complimentary bottle of water – such thoughtful attention to detail! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The room is very clean, the bed looks very comfortable, and the air is good. As soon as I entered the room, I wanted to lie on the bed and have a good rest. The staff are very attentive wherever I go to the hotel. Especially the housekeeping lady is really diligent. She never forgets to greet the guests even when she is busy. She is really hardworking and has been busy all the time. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. The hotel staff really loves the hotel like home. The general manager is really professional in management. The trained employees are very attentive and make people feel friendly! Worth recommending!

The Hotel is in almost brand new condition. It feels great to stay here. Room is very clean upon check in, and the staffs were very polite and helpful, even when we shortened our stay from 4 nights to 2 nights. They happily assisted us in the changes. Will come back here again the next time I come here. Location is in a newer district and there aren’t a lot of shops or food choices. Quiet and peaceful place.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic! A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk; she made check-in quick and seamless, and was incredibly patient, answering all our questions. Her wonderful attitude made us feel truly welcomed. Our balcony had a lovely breeze and a great view. Sitting out there in the evening, unwinding with a few drinks, was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located directly opposite the bus station. Given the price, I didn't expect much, especially since traveling with a child means prioritizing a safe and clean hotel. However, after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance and book a room. Upon arrival, I was still a bit hesitant, so I asked to see the room before fully committing to the stay. To my surprise, the room was almost indistinguishable from those at much more expensive chain hotels! Despite my initial skepticism, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and patiently assisted me. After check-in, they even provided a complimentary toiletry kit, including disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers. For this price and such excellent service, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! I was so impressed that I immediately booked another stay for July right after checking out. I'm genuinely very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near some delicious local 'Lao Ba Tea' spots, and parking is a breeze.

Depart from Nanjing to Hainan Island for a self-driving tour. I have stayed in the hotel several times during this trip. I came to Wenchang today and stayed at the Berman Hotel. The hotel is newly opened with good facilities, clean and sanitary. The service of the girl at the front desk was also very good. There is free parking at the door and there is an arcade nearby where you can check in. This time we booked four rooms, but we missed one. When we got to the front desk, we found that the service lady asked us to arrange check-in and then place an additional order.

The room was clean and tidy The service from the front desk clerk was pretty good The location is very good Convenient and good parking It's a pity that the elevator is filled with a strong smell of smoke (you have to hold your breath when taking the elevator😂)

We chose Vienna International Hotel out of convenience without checking any reviews, as they hosted some Masterclasses for an event our son took part in. The room was spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows! Bathroom and its amenities top quality. Our son particularly enjoyed his breakfast, with great choice of delicious food. Big plus: the view! A green, lush forest of coconut trees - a dream! Highly recommended and hopefully we will have a chance to go back soon.

The location is also very advantageous, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, whether it is traveling or shopping. The hotel is in the city center, a 15-minute walk from the old street, and there is free self-service tea in the lobby (coffee, cookies, fruits, candies). This stay experience is perfect. Next time I come to [Wenchang], I will definitely choose here again and recommend it to my friends!
