全程服務還不錯，老闆提供的餐食很新鮮，早餐也很可口。酒店周圍環境也很舒適，很可惜天冷沒能游泳。 但我們訂的親子房真心很不值，大床的彈簧可能老化了，翻身就會嘎吱響，嚴重影響孩子睡眠。房間隔音特別差，半夜兩點樓道有人敲門，也沒吵醒了。

The only dissatisfaction is that there are too many large cars on the road, making it difficult for novices to drive.

I booked this hotel as it is really near wolong panda reserve, and honestly is a godsend because the journey up the slopes are insane and I am kinda unfit 😂 they were really hospitable and help with any request that I have put through. As I have a lot of luggage they had to help me carry up and down the stairs. Breakfast at the hotel was provided by lanxi hotel staff they were really nice and sweet people. The hotel food (tomato egg) was pretty good. Otherwise don’t have too much expectation and is still a pretty good home stay considering the proximity of the reserve. Hopefully they will do better in the future, as they said they will installing air conditioning soon it really does get pretty chilly, thank goodness for the blanket warmer. Water pressure is pretty good too and warms up pretty fast. I really appreciate the hotel staff and their hospitality. Will come back again ☺️

The location is excellent, and the Giant Panda Garden is opposite. It's so comfortable to watch the babies live on the balcony! In order to see the babies, I stayed here for the second time, and stayed for a week each time. The B&B has complete catering and accommodation facilities, perfect facilities, a good environment, and a beautiful small garden. The service staff is very good and enthusiastic. They bought me cold medicine when they went down the mountain, and took me to the back to experience the atmosphere of the ******* wedding! We are like friends after a long time! It has been a while since I returned to Beijing from western Sichuan. I went to Chengdu, Shenshuping, and Jiuzhaigou. Because the days of seeing Fubao are so precious, I always think of going to Shenshuping and staying in Muyue Qinglan for one day and one night. It was a very short stay, but I felt warm. As everyone said, if you plan to see Fubao and stay overnight, Muyue Qinglan is the best choice in every aspect (one of them) (maybe there are others that we don’t know). After getting off the bus, we contacted the B&B to transport our luggage back first. We didn’t have to worry about the luggage and could go directly into the park to see the cats. In the afternoon, we returned to a WeChat B&B and the little red car came to take us back. It was still quite cold in the mountains at night at the end of October, so we didn’t go out anymore. We ordered dinner at the B&B. The room had [electric blankets], [baseboard heaters], and [plenty of bottled water]. There was no problem in ensuring warmth. The slightly inconvenient part was the bathroom. The ordinary seat was ice cold, and the sewer of the shower was blocked. I don’t know if the B&B will improve the bathroom in the future, such as adding a bathroom heater. It's not bad at the moment. After all, you can't compare the conditions of mountain B&B with city hotels. The breakfast is simple and I think it's enough. If you need anything, they will help you. Satisfied!

Key points: If you want to stay in this hotel, please do not choose the comfortable king-size bed room. Arrived at the hotel at nearly 10 o'clock in the evening, checked in, and as soon as I entered the room, I could hear the sound of trucks passing by on the main road next to me. It was loud. Asked the front desk if I could change the room, the front desk said: ”There are not so many cars at night. This room type is facing the street. If you want to change to another room type, you need to pay extra.” Poor service awareness: Knowing that your room is facing the street and it will be noisy, you should take the initiative to inform the residents, or prepare earplugs. There is only noodles for breakfast, but the noodles taste good. The hotel's cat is very cute.

總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的導航過來還是非常準確的，然後店家非常的熱情，到了之後馬上就有人過來接待，然後會有人領我們去房間。在訂購的時候選擇了水果，也都有準備。訂好房間之後，店家有電話聯繫，問我們大概什麼時候到，進房間的時候水是已經放好了的。早餐是可以選擇去下面吃自助形式，也可以點送到房間覺得這個特別的好，因為有温泉，第二天起床之後想泡一泡的話，可以在房間吃早餐。整體來説衞生這些都還是很不錯的，沒有發現那種很臟啊，怎樣的，只是因為旁邊都是植物，所以會有飛蟲之類的。我們住的房間有一個是公主類型的裝修，我覺得這個做的非常的到位，很多小細節，杯子呀，貼紙啊，地墊啊都有這些元素，其他的房間也有那種三間在一塊兒的，他都是走幾步台階，然後一個小院子走幾步台階，一個小院子很適合朋友或者是家庭出來遊玩。走的時候還送了我們他們自己種的蔬菜哇，受寵若驚。ps：進房間的時候沒有拍照，就是走的時候啊突然想着要發一個大眾點評。所以有一點兒亂。

庭院式民宿，矗立在半山腰，空氣格外的好，周圍環境非常安靜。房間衛生很不錯，連樓梯都是一塵不染的，全屋智能非常貼心，照明和窗帘能語音控制。沒有專用停車場，車子衹能停在院外。房間樓頂有一台空氣能熱水器，晚上睡覺噪音還是挺明顯的，有點影響休息，建議店家增設隔噪措施。
