Yulong Shahu Container Hot Spring Hotel

We booked a cabin room and it was excellent. The air conditioning was strong, the views were beautiful, and there was a shuttle to take us to the lobby. We also received hot spring tickets and an invitation to a bonfire party. It felt like great value for money. Highly recommend staying at the container hotel!

The service was excellent! My child's watch was left in the room, and they promptly contacted me and helped mail it back home. The scenery is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities!

Seriously, it's terrible. Even giving it 0.5 stars would be too generous. An 800+ yuan family room that looks like a county guesthouse from the 80s. The moment you walk in, it stinks. How can they charge this price for this kind of environment? The other hotels I stayed at the previous nights, for the same price, were all excellent. I really don't know where those positive online reviews come from. Honestly, everyone, steer clear of this place.

During the summer vacation, I took my child to Yulong Sand Lake and was trying to figure out where to stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the Yulong Sand Lake Container Hotel! The environment is great, and the service is excellent! Especially the little surprise during checkout. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The shuttle service was very convenient, always available on call. The scenic area itself was lovely, and the hot springs were great too. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. However, the room only provided two sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste, and there were no combs. The tissue box was almost empty and ran out on the first night. I didn't want to ask for more to avoid having them open the door again and let mosquitoes in, so luckily I had my own tissues. Each room only came with four bottles of water; any extra bottles cost 5 RMB each.

The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful lake view. The service was excellent, and it was very convenient for exploring the scenic area.

It was our first time staying in a container hotel with the kids. The desert lake view from the window was stunning. We woke up to see a caravan of camels passing by, and at night, there were so many stars. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The standalone wooden cabin was a pleasant surprise! The natural wood scent was therapeutic, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the lake and sand dunes, and watching the sunset from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Staying here waived the scenic area entrance fee, which was a great deal, and the shuttle bus was available on demand. Highly recommend!

The room was pretty good, and the soundproofing was decent too. The shuttle service was super convenient. It's really close to the scenic area. Since it was a lake view room, we could see camel caravans passing right in front of us, and there were lots of wild ducks nearby – a truly beautiful environment. They also gave us complimentary archery, target shooting, bicycles, and four hot spring tickets every day.
