1. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was large, but it was actually made up of two 1.3-meter twin beds pushed together. Sleeping in the middle, you could feel the gap, which was uncomfortable. 2. In addition, the room service was just average. The room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, and there were clothes left by the previous guest in a corner that hadn't been tidied up. 3. The hotel's mini-train also charges a fee, and it's not cheap. The hotel should offer guests two or three free rides. 4. The indoor heated pool was a plus. 5. The breakfast selection was abundant, another plus.

The service was excellent, and every staff member was very welcoming. They even upgraded my room and allowed for a late check-out. However, the slide in the room wasn't slippery at all; you'd sit on it and not go anywhere, which wasn't fun. Also, at this time, half of the hot spring pools were closed.

The lady at check-in was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which offered an outdoor view. The hotel room's wet and dry separation design was excellent. The kids had a great time.

The room was very large and spacious, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. The hotel's surroundings were comfortable, and there was even a small farm which was really nice! 👌

The room is spacious, and there aren't many people around, so the environment is quite good. However, the lady at the hot spring reception was cold and had a grim expression. Also, children over 1.2 meters have to pay extra for almost all facilities.

Overall, the hardware facilities and recreational activities align with the hotel's positioning. Suggestions: For the bathtub in the hotel room, I recommend always having a non-slip mat readily available (I didn't check if there was one in the cabinet). Kids love playing in the tub and can easily slip when getting out. The wait time for sashimi is too long, and it's sliced too thinly, resulting in poor texture. Since it's limited anyway, it would be better to slice a quantity equivalent to two pieces and serve it as one portion. The BBQ selection is too small; you could add more options like grilled shrimp and oysters. I have no other suggestions for the basic dishes at this time.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The bedding was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. It's truly a luxury hotel nestled deep in the mountains, surrounded by pristine nature. The kids had an amazing time!

The hotel facilities and overall experience were much better than I expected! It's perfect for families with kids. Both the playground and swimming areas are very child-friendly, and there are plenty of hot spring zones. It's a hotel with excellent value for money.

My first thought was, wow, this hotel is huge! The lobby is massive, and the room was even more impressive – my two kids shrieked with excitement when we opened the door! 😍 The 2.6-meter king-size bed comfortably fit all four of us. The independent bathroom had everything: a super-large bathtub, a walk-in closet, a toilet, and a shower room. Plus, the balcony had its own private hot spring pool, which the kids absolutely loved! There are also outdoor hot spring pools, a kids' water park, an infinity pool, a gym, a swimming pool, a kids' ball pit, and restaurants within the hotel… Honestly, every aspect of this hotel is impeccable. The concierge sister who checked us in at the lobby was so kind and thoughtful! Definitely worth a thumbs up 👍 I'm already recommending it to all my mom friends.
