Jinya Qihai (Wenling Shitang)

We stayed at Jinya Qihai with my family, and it was recommended by a friend. The experience was fantastic! The owner was incredibly friendly, just like a friend, and gave us great tips about the local culture and customs. The common area has a mahjong/card room and the KTV sound system was pretty good. The Jiujianhai area is lovely; you can sit in your room and enjoy the ocean view all afternoon. The place was clean, and the biggest bonus was definitely the guesthouse's terrace. You get a full panoramic view of the sea and the old village. The location is just perfect! I've already recommended it to other friends. Thanks for the hospitality, boss!

Had a wonderful stay here! I'd highly recommend Jinya Qihai Homestay to everyone. The room was clean and comfortable, with a projector and central air conditioning, and the bedding was super cozy. The environment is top-notch, and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. We even bought a lot of local specialty dried goods based on their recommendations. If I ever come back to Zhejiang, I'll definitely stay at Jinya Qihai again! 😆👏👏👏

A very satisfying experience, the best guesthouse in the area. The harbor-view rooms were clean and comfortable, with various room types to meet different needs. The rooftop terrace offered panoramic harbor views and a BBQ area. The owner was very hospitable, personally greeting us and helping with our luggage. They were very accommodating. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Ba.

民宿天台風景很美，拍到了美麗的藍調天空和晚霞。老闆提供的早餐還有當地特色小吃嵌糕。 民宿位置交通便利，去網紅第五季咖啡很近，去金沙灘也近。晚上散步走去七彩小鎮小箬村，吹着海風，民宿所在的東海村風景也不錯，完整地保留了石頭房，一次很治癒得假期。

因為一扇窗秒定了這家民宿酒店！酒店位置很好就在海邊，視線完全無遮擋，足不出户在房間裏就能欣賞到超美的日落，樓頂的小露台也很漂亮，分分鐘出片！第二天的早餐也很貼心的準備了當地的特色嵌糕，好吃！！！老闆人也超級好，不僅到停車場來幫忙拿行李，還不嫌麻煩幫忙取了快遞！總之作為自駕石塘的第一站，體驗感很好，推薦推薦！！！

訂了兩個房間，一個肆間海和一個拾間海，肆間海小小的不過視野不錯，拾間海很大視野非常好有個大落地窗，露台上可以看到日落晚霞，民宿還配備了KTV和棋牌室。我們還見識了退潮漲潮，民宿環境一流，老闆熱情，房間衞生乾淨，一進去眼前一亮的感覺，民宿的花花草草都很漂亮！裝修裝飾審美都很在線！

老闆的服務沒話説，剛到民宿，風塵僕僕的，居然還能吃到早飯。嵌糕是當地特色，也被安排進早餐，這個點贊👍🏻。 民宿內外環境都可以的，天台的風景可以等日落的時候去看，吹吹風視野很開闊。還有個小泳池，有興致的可以嘗試下。 民宿有衹貓挺乖的，看它理毛很放鬆。
