Very nice hotel, highly recommended! The breakfast was good and delicious, and the service was excellent in all aspects. I really liked it and would stay here again next time I go to Wenshan. The transportation is also convenient, highly recommended!

They called to inquire about the parking situation and learned that RV parking was available, so we went there decisively. I used a coupon and got a good price. I got a free room upgrade. It's very spacious. It's located in the city center and is surrounded by commercial areas. There doesn't seem to be much to do in Wenshan. I stayed one night to catch a flight the next day. The farmers' market is quite nice to visit. The museum collection is average.

Let me briefly describe my experience with this hotel: the location and property are four-diamond. The lobby is also four-diamond. It's in the city center. However, the service, facilities, and quality control are truly abysmal. 1. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. After reporting it to the front desk, no one showed up for about 15 minutes. After another call, they said they would arrange for an engineer to come and check it out. The engineer was also quite unprofessional. They said the 17°C setting wasn't enough and needed to be set to 24°C. It took half an hour for the room to cool down. Okay, I waited for half an hour, and the room was still 28°C. Thank you so much, I can't complain. I laughed. I've never stayed in a hotel before, but I've stayed in hotels big and small, like Doudou, Ji, Ting, and Shang, and I've never heard of this kind of air conditioning. I later discovered that the hotel doesn't have central air conditioning, but individual units. But I don't know why the outdoor unit was placed next to the elevator. It was hot even when I was waiting for the elevator. The cooling is poor, so please troubleshoot. It's not like they're forcing a sale even though there's a problem. 2. When I returned later in the evening, I was asked for a power card. Oh no, there wasn't a power card, just a room card. A 50 yuan deposit is required. Even hotels that don't have full service still charge a deposit. 6. The experience itself is bad, and the management is even worse. The electricity card is usually only around 3-10 yuan. Alibaba is full of them. Shouldn't they learn from other chains? Whoever collects the deposit doesn't collect the electricity card. While the principle is that hotels save on electricity costs when guests use the card while not in the room, this is too much! They don't care about the experience at all. 3. The room cleanliness is truly unbearable. The quality control is so poor! I went there because it was supposed to open in 2025, but who knew it would be worse than the Hanting Hotel, which opened in 2022. Here are the reasons: 1. There were dead green flies under the window. 2. The slippers in the room were unpacked, so forget it, just use them. 3. The plant next to the sink was lifeless. Even withered, they still refused to remove it. Putting planters on the tabletops really degrades the quality of non-high-end B&Bs and specialty hotels. I don't know what the design is. 4. The drain is completely useless. The bathroom becomes a pond when you take a shower. I checked and found that the drain cover to prevent odor buildup wouldn't pop down, so the water wouldn't drain out. If you shower for more than five minutes, the water will overflow. 5. Since the hotel's internet isn't working and the TV isn't working, they should have called the booker before booking to let them know. But they didn't, and they didn't proactively remind me during check-in. They just put up an A6-sized sign. It's all up to you. 6. The only service was provided by the girl in the white shirt at the front desk. She seemed new, but her service was quite good. 7. Please don't contact me, thank you. All of the above is true. The store manager and assistant should check the situation themselves. I don't know how they maintain quality control. If I weren't really angry, I wouldn't want to write this review. I used to give it a 5. A little less than perfect service is fine, but that's okay. I really don't want to give this hotel a single point. It's so infuriating.

Everything else was good, but on the last day I discovered shoddy construction. The bathroom ceiling fell down and hit my back while I was taking a shower! There were no other issues with hygiene or breakfast services. Please investigate further and everyone should refer to this for reference.

The room is spacious, bright, and clean. The location is great. It's surrounded by the commercial district, convenient for dining and shopping. It's right on the main road and easy to find. The soundproofing is great. I like quiet rooms, and the air conditioner is quiet. I ate at a restaurant called Yunrunlou, which had very good stir-fry dishes. Recommended
