3.前台服務人員訊息不統一，入住的時候説臨牌車可聯繫前台，前台再聯繫物業現場抬桿，早上出發聯繫前台，前台説不清楚怎麼操作
4.衞生間馬桶蓋子是歪的，衞生紙質量跟這個房價有點不搭
5.不是黑粉，因為去年住過一次，印象蠻好，今年又回來了，但是這次體驗很差。
