這家賓館的房間採光不錯，房間的衞生乾淨、洗漱用品完備，水龍頭出水快、大，床單、被罩都是新的，並且有電視機，無聊的時候可以看看打發時間，房間裏的裝飾也挺漂亮的，讓人看着舒心，值得一住。

老闆熱情，服務態度好，一邊幹活一邊不停抱怨僱不起人，衹有自己幹才不虧本。住單人間，房間緊湊，衞生乾淨，但設施簡陋，塊頭大的人進衞生間恐怕轉不過來身體。沒有熱水壺，二樓過道有個熱水器，但你插電後必須等待水開了。你一旦離開了，插頭就會被拔掉。

文山市中心，離汽車北比較近，走路十分鐘就好，交通方便，網絡熱水不錯，老闆態度和藹，很適合轉車轉機，樓下農貿市場吃的很豐富。
