Atour Hotels in Wenzhou

The hotel is located in the center of Wuma Street, with convenient transportation. There are several parks at both ends of the pedestrian street, including Miaoguo Temple, Zhongshan Park, and Jiushan Park. The hotel parking lot is also convenient for parking. The waiter is warm and caring, and provided us with a computer for emergency. It is comfortable to stay in the hotel even if it rains for days! The service facilities of Atour Hotel Chain are excellent!

I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue. The location is good, just opposite the Olympic Stadium, very, very close. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic, and the government also prepared snacks, which was great. The children were very happy. The main S1 light rail is directly accessible, so convenient. I didn't know about the light rail when I came here. Taking a taxi from the train station cost 99 yuan, and it felt like it took a long time. Go back to the hotel and come out for S1, 9 yuan per person. It's so convenient

The location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed. What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time. Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

I have traveled to many cities and lived in many Atours. I have never been disappointed whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip. Personally at the same level, Atour is unmatched. The single service smile is professional, gentle and delicate, and it has been stable. Besides, other hardware facilities are even more remarkable. The new year hopes to have more opportunities to ”close” with Atour, I wish Atour a prosperous business. Let us have more choices to travel home.
