Best location in Wuma street and center of Wenzhou. Hotel Service is excellent. Very polite and helpful reception girls, ready to serve for guests. Also, great thanks for free massage chairs and leg massagers in the room. Electronic showers and toilets. Gifts and breakfasts, free coffee and teas are very delicious. Recommend and will come definitely with my family again

This hotel boasts an excellent location, superb facilities, and outstanding service. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, water, and even warm roasted sweet potatoes. Our room was spotless, well-arranged, and the bedding was so comfortable, we had a fantastic night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wenzhou.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is located right by the road, so I was initially worried about noise. However, the front desk arranged for us to stay in a vintage-style room on the 4th floor, with a window facing the residential area. Perhaps it wasn't a holiday, but overall the experience was great, and it was very quiet for sleeping. The hotel is near Wuma Street, so everything is within walking distance. If you want to go further, taxis or electric scooter rentals are also very convenient. The hotel offers breakfast and free lunch, both of which are delicious! We also had roasted sweet potatoes given by the staff, and they even provide free fruit in the afternoon. The lobby on the first floor has unlimited coffee, herbal tea, and snacks available (breakfast and lunch are also served on the first floor).

The front desk lady was very warm and welcoming; she offered us snacks and drinks as soon as we entered the hotel. The room was very clean and well-equipped, even coming with a foot spa tub. If you want bath salts, you can ask the front desk. All the mini-bar snacks were complimentary, and they even gave us snacks and water when we checked out.

My friends and I came to Wenzhou for a trip and booked this hotel on Trip.com. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were drawn to a heartwarming scene. They had roasted sweet potatoes, which were so sweet and delicious! The staff had excellent service attitudes, and the location is great. There were fruits and snacks neatly arranged, all free to eat. The room was spotless, and right outside the hotel is Wuma Street, which is very lively. Right outside the hotel is Wuma Street. The shower facilities are excellent, especially the waterfall-style showerhead which is very comfortable. The bathtub comes with a disposable liner for soaking, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is top-notch. Breakfast is rich and varied, and the complimentary snacks are a thoughtful touch. Amazing hotel in a really great location. Staff members are incredibly warm and kind, and the whole hotel and its rooms are super clean and the facilities are all very modern. The massage chair was a nice touch. Will stay here again next time I’m in Wenzhou ! 😁

The experience is beyond amazing. The amenities in the room are fabulous - great attention to details and full of surprises. Massage chair, waterfall shower, adjustable table, foot massage bath, yoga mat and even an electric towel drying pole. Location is superb, of course. Most of all, the service was par excellence. I left a jacket behind and the manager had it despatched to me within an hour. All the staff were friendly and attentive. 5 star experience in every aspect. Great value. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the added perk of free coffee and delicious food at the Lobby area,which made the experience even better. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Wuma shopping street, making it super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and prime location!one of the best hotel in Wenzhou!

Once you check-in, receptionist is taking your picture with her mobile phone, just in case you steal something! This is clear humiliation! Secondly, the walls are very thin. You can clearly hear what next door is doing! Rooms are not that clean. Thirdly, there is NO window or a very small window in the rooms. Air conditioning is not giving hot. Only cold and room inside is very cold. Also, there is a construction sound started at 8am early morning on sunday, woke me up, I couldn't sleep back! Breakfast was so simple, nothing to eat! It was a horrible experience ever!
