Many foreigners staying in this hotel, even locals say it is a little old. Rooms are clean and really soft robs. Appreciated free soft drink in the fridge and the amazing view from the restaurant. Nearby some fast food restaurants as McDonald's and Pizza Hut if you don't have time for lunch between busy trip schedule.

Nice hotel, located in an old district. Food can be easily in the near by streets. If you want to visit big shopping mall, you have to take taxi for 15min to nearest mall. Hotel need abit of upkeeping after the covid 3 years.

The best hotel and reasonable price

It was a very bad business trip experience. From the front desk, I felt dizzy. I didn't give my ID card. When the robot brought it up, it was thrown in the room. I can understand that my ID card is not important to you. It was dirty and there was no privacy protection. The details were really bad. The most important thing is that the room is at the end. As soon as I entered the door and inserted the card, I felt like the room was a steam room. The air conditioner was still broken. I called and asked to turn it on for a while. Because I was very tired, I rested all night. The room temperature did not drop below 30 degrees. I rested with the very noisy air conditioner. I was awakened by the heat early in the morning. I wanted to extend my stay but just wanted to put on makeup and check out immediately. However, the room soared to more than 30 degrees near noon (I am not exaggerating, it has been shown on your broken air conditioner). I was sweating all the time and could only open the door to wash. I couldn't hold on and gave me an electric fan. It's so outrageous that I live in a room that costs three or four hundred yuan per room and return to the early modern era of turning on electric fans to cool down. The whole service attitude and solution are frustrating. The above are the problems. The poor physical experience caused this business trip to rise to a general impression of Wenzhou city. The room layout is actually very unreasonable. I don’t want to complain about the old facilities. The bathtub is by the bed and the window is just for decoration. I chose this hotel for a weekend trip to Wenzhou. It is very close to Wuma Street and has Jiushan Lake and shopping malls nearby. It is very suitable for shopping and eating. The front desk service is good, the room facilities are useful, the breakfast is rich, and the most convenient thing is that there are charging stations, which is suitable for self-driving electric vehicles like me. When I checked in, I looked around the lobby. It was in Chinese style and full of book smell. I liked it very much. When I got to the room, I felt it was beyond my expectations.
