就是民宿。起了個賓館的名字就要貴1-200塊。房間非常土。衞生狀況不佳。勝在位置好。唯一優點。350+一晚，一樓靠馬路，無早。辦理入住就一個人操作。沒有任何所謂服務。不要抱有任何期待吧。

説實話368的一個房間確定不值。房間小，設施舊。最多衹值200元。衣櫃裏有蟲屎，牆面破損，煙感拆了以後用紙塞着。房門貓眼破損。防盜鏈破損。

房間裏牙刷，拖鞋什麼的還要在前台領，衞生間就一個洗頭沐浴二合一的洗浴用品，沒有香皂，浴巾毛巾看起來很舊

看到網上評價衞生很差，設施老舊服務不好。但是十一定不到房了，實在沒辦法。預訂後我打一個電話，電話剛接通，我很禮貌地説您好，請問再定一間房價格有優惠嗎，一位男士接的電話，一開口就是用不耐煩的態度説“你住幾間啊？”我説2間。對方竟指責起來“就兩間房，又不是多少間，定過的就這樣吧有什麼好問的，沒有優惠”然後立馬掛我電話，沒有機會讓我説第三句話。劃重點是用“責備”的語氣，完全不給你説話的機會掛電話，那個態度真的差到不行了，真的是第一次遇見，這樣的酒店能生存下去也是奇蹟。花錢買氣受，房間也是預料之中一樣臟亂差，有很重的黴味，還有蟑螂在爬，真是大無語，要不是定不到房，真不願受這份氣。

這應該是我們有使以來住的衞生最差的一個房間了。房間潮濕，蚊子還多，晚上還有滴滴滴的水滴聲，早上嚒電鑽吱吱吱的聲音，圖片上還有毛毯，現實中是臟臟的木地板。穿衣服睡床上身上還能起包，可想而知被子裏蟎蟲應該不少。唯一就是空調效果還好。電文片反正一片肯定是不夠的。

這樣的房間還四百多，而且前台有個老太太説話特別難聽，可是前台那個女的挺好的，就是這個老太太在，我看這個女的也不怎麼敢説，是不是老太太老闆，老太太説話特別臭而且難聽，而且房間床單上還有血跡，我勸大家去哪裡都比這裏強很多，附近民宿很多的，都有房，千萬不要來這裏住，特別噁心🤢🤢🤢🤢

自駕從福州到温州的藍海樓，九點出門往左手邊走大約一兩百米有餐廳，離七彩漁村很近停車導航到國際放生台免費停車斜對面走進去就能看到洞頭七彩漁村！晚上海對面夜景也不錯！早餐也可以往這邊走買小餛飩和小籠包！賓館沒有吹風機，隔音一般，但是是淡季出行所以影響不大！總體還挺滿意的！
