Staying at this hotel truly made me feel at home. There's an inscription on their weighing scale that reads: 'A hotel with warm, thoughtful human touches,' and they genuinely deliver on that promise with their passion and exceptional service. On the day of arrival, the butler contacted us in advance to inquire about our arrival time. They even turned on the air conditioning half an hour before we checked in to ensure the most comfortable environment. While checking in at the front desk, the staff meticulously explained the hotel's various services and policies. Because it was late, they thoughtfully offered us sweet roasted sweet potatoes, and their fridge was also stocked with a variety of cold drinks for guests. This hotel is located in the city center's Wuma Street, surrounded by comprehensive commercial facilities and boasting extremely convenient transportation. Both the hotel's soft amenities and hardware are perfectly tailored to guests, with clearly marked hot and cold taps in the shower. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is spot on. The attention to detail in this hotel's service is truly touching for guests. I absolutely have to commend the hotel's customer service butler, front desk staff, and restaurant team.

The service was truly excellent; every staff member I encountered around the hotel would proactively greet me. The facilities were also great, and the location is superb, making it convenient to go anywhere. If I had to find a flaw, it would probably be that the area outside downstairs is a market, so it can be a tiny bit noisy. Overall, it was very good.

The service here is truly exceptional. It was raining when I arrived by ride-sharing service, and as I was struggling with my luggage, a staff member rushed out from the hotel to help us. After check-in, the same staff member was already waiting for us by the elevator with our suitcases, and accompanied us all the way to our room, explaining all the facilities. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room daily, along with two bottles of room-temperature water, two bottles of iced water, and two iced beverages. The public areas also had complimentary drinks and mineral water available at all times, as well as roasted sweet potatoes. The air conditioner vents even had hooks, perfect for quick-drying clothes for those who prefer handwashing over using the communal washing machine. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. For this price point, the service is absolutely divine. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff and housekeepers; they were all so friendly and attentive.

This is an all-season hotel, not a hot spring. The room was tiny, didn't even have a stool, and there was a strange smell inside. I arrived very late at night and was told they'd give me a quiet room, which made me happy at first. But when I got in, the room was ridiculously small, smelly, and worst of all, it had a huge wall with only a tiny window, making it pretty much the same as any other room. No wonder they said it would be quiet – turns out there was no other room type available. In the morning, the second-floor hallway was stuffy and hot, with a greasy smell of stir-fried food. I decisively switched hotels the next day; it definitely wasn't worth over 200 yuan. They kept saying it's prime real estate in the city, but seriously, I'm from Shenzhen, and you can get much better for over 200 yuan there. Later, I found the nearby Ebo Hotel, which was very comfortable.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service from the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with a smile, which instantly brightened our mood. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, making for a pleasant stay. The roasted sweet potatoes and afternoon tea were also delicious. I wanted some sweet potatoes before they were ready, and the staff even delivered them to my room when they were done, which I really appreciated. The glutinous rice at breakfast was incredibly tasty; I ate a whole bowl and even packed some to take back to my room.

The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to Wuma Street. Wugai Park, Wuma Street Pedestrian Zone, Mochi Fang & Mochi Park, and Dongou Temple are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The service is definitely the biggest highlight of this place! From the welcoming reception upon arrival, the thoughtful complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and fresh fruit, the detailed introduction to the hotel's amenities along the way, and the proactive help with luggage to the room, to the subsequent thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants – all these warm details provide a hospitality experience comparable to a five-star hotel at a three-star price. It's truly worth visiting and experiencing. The hotel facilities are complete and new. Although the rooms face the street, they are equipped with double-glazed windows, which are very effective at blocking out street noise. The only minor drawback is that the sound insulation between rooms is a bit weak. Beyond the free buffet breakfast, the hotel also offers a generous afternoon tea. After a tiring day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel to rest and refuel, every aspect caters to the needs of travelers, which is incredibly thoughtful.

Stayed here several times and always had a good experience. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel provides all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is simple but decent. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily come back again.

The service was excellent, very kind and polite. Both the waitstaff and the front desk ladies were really great, I'd give them full marks for their work. When I arrived, there were sweet potatoes, snacks, drinks, and water, and they even gave me a small souvenir when I left. It was a very pleasant experience.

The room hygiene was decent, and the service was very attentive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wenzhou!

Our room faced the residential area this time, so it was incredibly quiet in the morning. Downstairs, the market was bustling as ever, with vendors calling out and a constant flow of traffic. The aroma of zongzi at the entrance was enticing, bringing back childhood memories of Shanghai markets. The hotel front desk staff were naturally warm and enthusiastic, not only escorting guests to the door but also helping with luggage and seeing them into their cars. I'll definitely be back.
