Getting here from the high-speed train station was super convenient, only a 10-minute ride. The front desk staff, Xiao Yuan, had an excellent attitude. The hotel breakfast was also good, and they even upgraded my room type. It was a great stay overall!

This Wenzhou gem offers an incredibly healing and restorative experience. The environment is tranquil and peaceful, with a grand and stylish new Chinese design. The courtyard and water features exude Zen charm. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with high-end smart facilities. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom features a wet/dry separation and a huge bathtub, ensuring an extremely comfortable stay. The service is warm and attentive, with prompt responses from the butler. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with freshly cooked noodles and local Wenzhou snacks being particularly noteworthy. The infinity pool, tea room, and boat dock are all well-appointed, making for a perfect holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at Yuntianlou Ou Yue International Hotel. The service was outstanding, with staff who were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the generous room size, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel that offers great comfort and hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a few hotels in mind, but ultimately decided on this one because it had just opened. It really proves that staying in a new place rather than an older one is the way to go. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a commercial street and MixC shopping mall, so food and drinks are super convenient. The room has a great view, and the smart features are just perfect – they meet your daily needs without being overly complicated. Hot water for showering comes out instantly, making for an excellent experience.

This is a hotel you'd happily return to and constantly recommend to friends. It offers thoughtful service and impressive high ceilings. Convenient facilities are everywhere: charging cables in public areas, drying hooks on the air conditioning vents, heated towel racks, a freely available blood pressure monitor in the lobby, checkers, army chess, and aeroplanes chess. You can also enjoy complimentary snacks, disposable towels, and popsicles. There's a considerate laundry service, and even a trampoline and ball pit for kids. Every staff member makes you feel incredibly welcome. A five-star rating simply doesn't convey our satisfaction. In short, it's a hotel worth visiting again and again.

My three-day, two-night stay in Wenzhou was absolutely perfect! 1. For two adults and one child, the hotel provided two days of complimentary breakfast for the little one, which was very nice. 2. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, featuring Wenzhou specialties like 'pig offal noodles' (zhu zang fen), glutinous rice, fried rice, and rice noodles, as well as small seafood like pomfret and squid. Everything tasted great; the chef must be quite skilled. Among the many five-star hotels I've stayed in, this breakfast ranks in the upper-middle tier. 3. They offered complimentary desserts in the evening, which were also very tasty. Similar to point 2, the chef here must be very talented. 4. It's very close to the South Station, about a 10-minute drive. It's not very close to the city center, but precisely because of that, the price is a significant advantage. Similar five-star hotels in the city center are generally older and slightly more expensive. Trust me, the price difference is more than enough to cover taxi fares, and it's not far to popular attractions like Wuma Street and Jiangxin Island by taxi. Plus, the experience of a new hotel versus an old one is completely different. 5. Hotel staff always helped open car doors when we were getting in and out of taxis, making us feel right at home. They were always smiling. 6. The hygiene and environment were both excellent. In short, if you're planning a trip to Wenzhou, you can confidently book this hotel. I honestly spent ages comparing hotels before booking this one, and I genuinely recommend it!!!

The room hardware at Platinum Yue Yunjing is truly outstanding. Upon checking in, I tried out the smart home system; I could control the lights and electric curtains with just my voice. Watching the Sanyang Wetland in the evening after opening the curtains was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom has a complete wet and dry separation, the smart toilet is fully functional, and the lighted makeup mirror has just the right brightness, which is very convenient for women applying makeup. Hot water is instant and the water pressure is stable. The power outlets in the room are well-distributed, with USB ports by the bed and at the desk, so there's no need to fight over charging multiple devices. The mattress and pillows are of good quality, and the air conditioning runs quietly without any buzzing noise at night. The entire set of facilities is very well-maintained, with no signs of aging or malfunction. The front desk service is very warm and welcoming. It's definitely worth staying here.

It's a resort hotel, but the room facilities are average. Almost all the facilities in the room are very old, especially the charging port plugs can't be plugged in and will fall off. If you stay for a few days, you have to pay for laundry. There is no self-service laundry. There is a small refrigerator in the room but it is not powered. It is not suitable for business travel, but other than these, the environment and services are OK. What I don't understand the most is that the room is still very dark even if all the lights are turned on. The bathroom is completely transparent and has no curtains. The most important thing is that the bathroom light will automatically turn off after being turned on for more than half an hour. Is it so energy-saving?
