Hotels in Passenger Transportation Center, Wenzhou

Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!

The people and very very helpful Place, the staff, and loaction.... everything is good, but It is hard to find muslim Halal food nearby....

Must give this hotel full marks! The hygiene is done to the extreme, and it feels refreshing when you enter the room. The bathroom is very clean and the gap between the wet and dry is super clean. There is no stain on the gap between the sink. The service staff is super good. They are very careful to help with luggage and store items. If there is a problem, the response is super fast; Breakfast is even more pleasant, the ingredients are fresh, the hot dishes will be made up in time, there are freshly ground coffee and fresh fruit, the experience is full!

I originally booked a superior room without windows, but the hotel was very user-friendly and upgraded me to a room with windows for free, and gave me welcome fruit. The room was large, clean, and had a rich breakfast. It was a great value for money experience!

The room is big and comfortable. The service staff is enthusiastic. The environment is very good and quiet. I am very satisfied and stayed for many more days.

Rooms were clean. Lift was dirty. The bed was cozy. Toilet was open with privacy sheets on the glass. But the privacy sheet was see through from some areas. So i was a bit uncomfortable there. Breakfast was below average. Nothing for a non chinese person. Location is somewhat non practical. Just 5mins away you will get a similar hotel with international restaurant chains around and with also with good hutle bustle of the city.

The hotel's service attitude is very positive and problems are solved in a timely manner. The facilities are very complete, there is free parking, the environment is also good, there is a snack street around the hotel, shopping is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that this hotel not only provides breakfast, but also midnight snacks. The hotel rooms are also equipped with small snacks, which is very cost-effective! There is a bus stop right outside the door, and transportation is convenient. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Wenzhou!

The hotel is equipped with a gym, laundry room, free parking, and facilities are very user-friendly. The staff is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Impression Nantang. It is also very convenient to go to Wuma Street. It is a very happy and satisfying experience!

我們是全家出遊 人比較多 這個房間特別好 主要是大家可以住在一起不用分開住 很方便 老闆態度特別好 有什麼都基本可以滿足 做衞生的阿姨也很好我們是提早到的阿姨就被急急忙忙的叫來做衞生了 但是態度還是特別好 周邊景點都在附近 很方便！房間很好看呀 有空調水什麼的 很適合全家出行

Very worth it for the price. The room is clean, new, modern, and with no smells. The bed is super comfortable, great air conditioning. The location is not so far from centers, can conveniently take didi around. There's a convenient store, and restaurants right nearby.
