The staff is a little bit worse. Checking in at night, there is only one male waiter at the front desk, and he will not laugh or speak politely. He will not take the initiative to say anything without asking him. The attitude of the waitress I met the next day was still better, but it was not very professional. The chat was very good. I also saw the two lying at the front desk chatting. Of course, these have no effect on our guests. But there is a serious problem. The sweet potatoes for breakfast should not be washed much. There is a lot of mud in the stove. The room is cleaned very clean. This kitchen feels a bit unreliable.

When we checked in, the hotel's parking space was full and we were directed to park a few hundred meters away. You can see the riverside from the floor-to-ceiling windows, which is quite pleasant. The room is square, bright, and fully equipped with supplies.

Generally speaking, in terms of the hotel's environmental services and facilities, the price of more than 300 yuan is really good value for money, and the hotel is not far from various attractions in Wenzhou. While the majority of the staff are warm and accommodating, there was one instance of a staff member displaying reluctance in preparing coffee, attempting to levy a charge under the false pretense that it wasn't part of the service. A minor improvement could be made regarding our request for a non-smoking room and floor. Despite this, a faint smell of smoke lingered, likely due to guests smoking in the hallway. When I notified the front desk, they assured us they would address the issue with the smoking guests, although enforcement seemed challenging, perhaps a common concern in China. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful in service, making people feel at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great, providing sufficient energy for a day's trip. High cost performance, I will come again next time!

非常棒的一家民宿。高層，景觀不錯，很寬的陽台，精心佈置了花壇、茶座，坐着曬曬太陽、吹吹風、觀觀景，非常舒爽、愜意。房間乾淨，洗漱用品多樣，乾濕分離，鍋碗瓢盆、油鹽醬醋俱全。房東熱情、周到，還滿足我們的需要，特意加配了微波爐，入住時操作不順利，夫婦倆及時趕到幫忙處理，非常感謝！小區高檔、安全。周邊飯店挺多，有個社區食堂，品種豐富、實惠便利。去江心嶼、五馬街、梧田老街等都很方便。提醒一下，温州民宿管理比較嚴，要求實名登記，刷臉入住，還有民警定期上門巡查，預防違法租住。對於合法租客，衹是入住程序麻煩些，入住後，還是很方便的。謝謝為我們提供了一個便利的“温州之家”。
