A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!

The workers are polite and attentive. They made us feel at home. Breakfast was good too. I would recommend it to someone who likes quiet time and far off places. No distractions.

This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

Surroundings: The location is fantastic, with a bustling commercial pedestrian street right downstairs.

The room is very clean and hygienic, the decoration is quite warm, and all the facilities/equipment/furniture/daily necessities are quite new. There are well-blocked curtains, gauze curtains, and screen windows on the window sill, which can completely prevent bugs from flying into the room, which is much better than some hotels without screen windows. The hotel's facilities are also quite complete, and there is a robot that can deliver food to the room. You can also rent power banks in the lobby on the first floor. The service at the front desk is also very good and considerate, and their attitude makes people feel very comfortable and at home. The breakfast is also very delicious, the taste is good, especially the apple juice is delicious. Moreover, the breakfast opening hours are also quite long, from 7 to 10 o'clock on weekdays and from 7 to 11 o'clock on weekends. It is very thoughtful and user-friendly. In addition, the layout of the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also very good, and you can smell a refreshing fragrance (a bit like the smell of flower and fruit tea) as soon as you enter the door, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. In addition, the surrounding facilities near the hotel are really convenient. It is very close to Wanda and the Olympic Sports Center. Whether it is eating, shopping, or watching concerts/games, they are all within a 5-10 minute walk.

I always book this hotel. It was exceptionally good during the Spring Festival. When I entered the door on the first day of the ***** New Year, there were fruits and melon seeds. The breakfast started at 6 o'clock. There was also free pick-up and drop-off. There was no price increase during the Spring Festival. It was great. The only regret was that after booking on Ctrip, I found that it was 15 cheaper if I booked on Baidu Maps. However, it was past the free cancellation point. Overall, I had a happy stay 😁

Unfortunately the sheets on my bed were dirty, also the staff did not speak english and they overcharge a deposit without any explanation, luckily Ctrip customer service helped me understand what was going on, otherwise the hotel is fine.
