Just an ordinary hotel is nothing outstanding , even other 4 star hotels have a coffee machine and the curtains do need to be closed with your own hands. This hotel doesn't have these simple things. The bathroom has a light sensor when you enter. And when you go to the toilet at night, a bright light turns on in the whole room that hits your eyes and then you can't sleep, so two nights do not get enough sleep… When you take a shower, the light turns off itself, so you need to get out of the shower cabin to take a step the light will turn on then go back into the cabin. Stuck in the elevator instead of the 11th floor, its stood for some time then went to -2 floor..I will choose another hotel next time

This hotel is OK. I stayed here for two days for the provincial exam and had a good rest. The facilities are high-end, the rooms are comfortable, the service is also very good, and the front desk guys and girls are quite enthusiastic. There is a food court downstairs, and the location is also very convenient. Some details can be improved and it will be better. Overall, I am quite satisfied and recommend staying here! I will come again next time I have the chance.

The hotel is right next to Wuma Pedestrian Street and shopping business district. It's a 5-minute walk to Jiushan Park where you can take a walk and rest. The hotel room is very clean and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast includes Wenzhou specialty snacks and Western pastries, as well as abundant fruit salads. Breakfast included in the room rate is definitely a great value.

Overall, it was value for money. Executive lounge could be improved in terms of food quality being served and the overall ambience and service. Westin Wenzhou offers the best bird eyes view over the city and has sunrise and sunset peeking through the mountains on a clear sunny day.

On the day of check-in, there were many newlyweds getting married in the hotel. The first impression was that the hotel was great and the service staff were very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I asked about fun and delicious places in the surrounding area. A staff member named Meng Mei at the front desk responded patiently.
