Paradise Beach Hotel

This was our first visit to Paradise Beach resort. We went to celebrate our daughter's college graduation with a resort/all-inclusive/scuba dive trip and had a fantastic time. The staff is across the board helpful and friendly. Carlos picked us up from the airport with a big smile and started our trip off making us feel like VIPs. Dawson was always available to help us with arranging just about anything -- a driver, horseback riding, massages, you name it! Marvin was AMAZING -- he greeted us every morning and set up our favorite spot on the beach -- 3 chairs & 2 umbrellas -- under the tree just like we liked it!. Edwin, Joel, Yeselath and all the servers and bartenders were friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfast is delicious with a large selection and the coffee was excellent. The buffet lunch and dinner were also very good, but the a-la-carte menu is next level! If I had anything negative to say about the resort it would be that the room was a bit small for the price as there is nowhere to sit besides the beds and we were pretty cramped with 3 of us in the room. Absolutely only positive things to say about The SCUBA operation -- it was top notch. Our divemaster, Berry, and our captain, Roger, took us to 8 different sites, moving around the island to find us the best diving given changing weather conditions. All in all it was a great trip and we will be back!

So happy to be BACK at Paradise! They renewed the lobby and there are some great improvements around the property, we were very impressed! Attention as always was great, we were happy to see Christopher again and some of the restaurant staff. I took my little sister with me this time to celebrate her birthday and they gave us a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate her 31st bday which was so nice Would always choose paradise for my stay in roatan

I have to say that people who work there are usually very friendly. My favorite worker was Ermelinda Villegas. Such a nice lady! Very helpful and nice to our kids. Food was good too. Great beach! Clean rooms. Just a little bit expensive and outside of the hotel,locals keep bothering with selling things,doing braids etc( when you keep saying no to them,they will call you rude names) We made great memories!

Amazing place amazing people….. everything was wonderful, we LOVe staying here. Food was delicious, staff like Carlos and Brian were really friendly, kind and always willing to help. Love Lisandros playing the guitar and Benjas Beats. Wish we didnt have to go. Roatan is magic.

We recently returned from our 7th vacation at the Paradise Beach Hotel. We love this place! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast bar is excellent! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. We would like to commend Ermalinda (always helpful), Dawson, Javier, Joel, Chris, Edwin, Erica, Marvin, Jose, Fredy, and Luis, who helped us with scheduling. We highly recommend Paradise Beach Hotel!

Situated in the center of West Bay, Roatan, Paradise Beach Hotel truly is a slice of paradise on the beach. Our standard rooms were a bit on the smaller side but clean, fully fitted out, and comfortable for a couple. The pool, bar, and restaurant areas are all just steps from your room and the beach, and the service we received was incomparable. While it's big enough to provide every amenity you could want, Paradise Beach Hotel is small enough that you never feel crowded and you get truly personalized service. Our family loved our stay at Paradise Beach Hotel, didn't want to leave, and recommend it whole heartedly.
