We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our India holiday. Horrible hotel, we arrived at 5am after a flight from Sri Lanka, and they put us in a room opposite the kitchen. The staff had the door open as it was hot, and we got absolutely no sleep that morning before we were picked up for a tour at lunchtime. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and, despite telling the front desk, nothing was done. The room was spacious, but very tired and worn out, certainly not a 4,star standard. Breakfast the following morning was awful, mostly curries and Indian food. I made do with Strawberry milk, cold, hard toast, and tinned orange juice. A one star rating seemed too high.

The rooms were okay but on the next day was not cleaned properly and sheets were not changed. Other than that was all okay.

Location is good, close to metro stations on blue line, rooms are spacious, wifi was not so reliable on all floors but food that we had for lunch and dinner was tasty. Overall good service and satisfied customers and hopefully we will return again.

I would like to especially commend the front team at hotel regent grand for their outstanding service during my stay. We are happy with the service. Though we were there late night, they were able to accomodate and guide us seamlessly. thank you.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The breakfast in the hotel was the best part! There was a great variety and the staff was great. Also, air conditioning was perfect, especially for those hot Delhi days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Delhi.

"Stayed at Regend Grand for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel's amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location. It's a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers."

Hotel Regent grand an Anonymous Guest The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway.
